To my knowledge, they all work better sublingually. I haven't been able to notice a big enough difference to warrant letting them dissolve. Especially since I take xanax primarily. They taste so terrible.

A lot of times when I'm running out of meds and taking dangerously low doses, I have to take a lot more than my usual dosage when I finally get more just to get back to normal. I feel like if I just have enough to get by at sustenance level, as soon as I get more, I need to get my alp levels...

Imo, Aps are vastly superior to Bens. Bens are good but the Aps hit you a lot harder and longer so I wouldn't mind paying a little more for them.. I was always a Roche fan personally though

I would definitely taper down if you can. There is absolutely no reason to take more benzos than you need. That'll get you hooked on those high doses that are very difficult to sustain if you ever lose an internet connection and have to find meds locally. I only eat 6mg a day andand it takes...

I eat them and its always worked fine e for me. I have a friend that chews every one that passes his lips. He swears by it. They taste so god damn bad though. (Speaking only of xanax). I've tried it both ways and can't tell the difference. I try to avoid the taste at all costs.

I don't care for tranax, but have ordered hundreds. Theyll fend the fear off. Just don't have much bite. If you are used to eating 1mg, I recommend starting w at least 1.5 tranax. I don't know about the cipla vals, but tranax is certainly the shittiest xanax I've ever had.
