Thought I needed to bring this to the forum's attention, curious to know if anyone else has experienced this:

Approx 1hr later, email from A asking if I was sure I sent him the correct info, to double check and if correct, call them to check status. Everything correct, so I called and was informed they were reef unding due to extraneous circumstances, so to speak, involving the golden retrievers name, their validity and the Sigh Higher Power (trying to b as v-egg as possible, yet still get the point across).

3/5pm-A and I decided to try the other popular method with a different wide reciever. Said if I made the cut next am, would do Sat. letter for the "inconvenience".

3/6am-did exactly what we discussed night before.

3/7early pm-got letter (out West). Allintact.

Should I be concerned or is this something that generally happens? I'll admit, the phone convo made me leary to proceed, but A didn't seem concerned, so I did. Please someone PM me, if possible, if clarification is needed or if you understand the lingo and it's happened to you, please post. Thanks everyone.

I had never experienced this level of scrutiny b4, but after posting, I did a little research and realized that others here have. I decided to edit my original post to eliminate the unnecessary wording. Feel free to re-quote me (or delete). Whatever is clever. Thx!

Anyone been able to reach A today? I've been trying to reach him since 2pm to get the current receiver info but haven't heard anything. He's typically pretty responsive throughout the day, maybe he's taking the day off?

I heard from him at 8:30 this morning with the receiver info. But I haven't heard back regarding if he got my email with the reference#. Usually I hear right back from him. Yea, maybe he took rest of day off. Who knows.

I also heard from him around midday and my dinero was definitely picked up this afternoon. Usually hear from him by now with TN but given his pretty stellar history, I wouldn't stress it. Again, there are services that update you of incoming parcels from major carriers you can sign up for if you don't want to wait for A's email.

Fair warning, it might take a couple days to get authorized and set up that way but seems well worth it when complete. Will update on shipment/quality as available.

Hey Noel. To save the great HB some time (before he sees your post) it would be an excellent idea to go to the main page to do 2 important things: 1. Read the forum rules a few times. Then read them again later on. 2. Go to the introductions and introduce yourself, and why you are here. All of the info that you need is here, but you are going to have to put some effort in it to find it. We all have been in your shoes at one time or another, and have had to do our fair share of research. The vendor treads are meant for pertinent questions that cannot be found by using the search box, and for reviews only. We do not have a secret handshake to find the information, it requires research that must be done to find it. Find an interesting tread (such as this one) and read the first few pages, then go to the must current page and read the last 10+ pages to find out current events. Everything ya need is here, just requires some time on your part. Good luck!

I contacted A late Mon night and got receiver info. Sent early Tues morning. He replied about

11AM PST that order received and will be processed. TN sent out kind of late with an apology.

Should be here sometime today. Only 3 emails between needed.

Exactly, the reason he was unresponsive yesterday afternoon/evening is that he was out working with his supplier on inventory. So, no need to be concerned.

Ordered pretty prpl purkies based on success of others and pretty ppl footballs. Also ordered what I call my ball and chain med (thanks to my lupus)- done.

I will add that the done looks EXACTLY the same as what I get from my pharmacy, so no worries there.  I know it isn't the most popular choice so I wanted to add that for anyone who needs/wants it and wasn't sure on quality.  

One drawback, and this is the first time I have had this issue, I was short a few of the purkies from what I ordered.  No doubt A will make it right though.

Yep, this affected my order I placed last week.
This happens so be prepared and reorder when you have a sufficient supply so you don't run short because of a few extra days delay.

Yes it sucks but if you plan right you can avoid this.

If you buy 10 80s and you get them, don't take 9 and then think "I need to reorder".

When you get the 10, reorder the next day when you still have 9 beans left.

Or do the last minute order over and over and over and act surprised, put out, upset over a few days delay and how you will run out.

Everyone likes stress, this is a good way to cause yourself some over and over.

This example is my brother, a truly addicted person.
