No, that would be quite unusual, but I wouldn't be alarmed. Check your spam folder. If nothing there, send him a polite follow-up email.

You really have to "take the plunge" earlier in the day if you want  24 hr turnaround.  A- can be from his computer when he's working to getting letters out for the next day.  Best bet is to try get your ordering logistics completed by 1 pm EDT if want want your gear the next day my man.

Yes, he said 1 pm EDT, which really should be 2 pm EDT, which of course is 11 am PDT.

I'm an advocate of submitting a request an hour before the cut-off...its a self-imposed of course simply because I've had orders that weren't processed even though I submitted 30 minutes before the cut-off...there's no guarantee that A- will be at his computer right up til the cut-off so I try not push up against the 11PT deadline if I really need next day delivery.

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious!

No disrespect intended but have placed a few orders with our SY guys named after a french monument, while they always did come through.  Comms. have been tough lately and last order was very short.  Made right in the end but figured I'd see what everyone always talked about with A and couldn't be happier with the process.

No not anywhere near xmas, but I've placed a few orders lately due to some upcoming events in my life and the xmas adage applies....order early! things can and DO happen, lol

First trade here and thoroughly impressed. Ordered 3/11 at 0700 EDT, reply from Alex at 0730. Shipping update from carrier at 1600 hrs, TN from Alex at 0222 03/12, products in hand 3/12 at 0930 EDT.

I made a few requests that for a first timer may have seemed a little unreasonable, but I was met with the best communication and customer service I have seen in a long time in IOP terms.

Simply perfect. 28 hours turn around. Priceless.

30MG Rox1, Mallinckr0dt fresh and professionally presented. Shipping practices are top notch, simply super pleased all round, especially considering Alex will take almost any form of payment, which again, is simply perfect..........

Ordered multiple products, one prodcut was missing. This seems to be happening to be more and more often. (perhaps becuase I order so many different items), but even Alex was like "WTF, I don't know what it always happens to you". No big deal, he'll reship and it wasn' time sensitive.

Did get Rox (M30s) and Purps - both A+ quality.

Now sometimes there are 20+ packs with no scan (customers freaking out) and then it updates all the way in their city.
