Alex (Formerly Troy-Pharma.com)

I've had several successful orders with A. But now the sh*t has hit the fan. I had one order searched and "returned to sender" - that was to be delivered on Thu am.

Then all this stuff happened with A's guy Thu - no order received Fri am.

So A resends the order that was supposed to be delivered Fri am. I have a working TN but package hasn't moved since Fri night. I had asked him to use the other big shipping company (not the one where my package was "returned to sender" Wed night/Thu am). But he used the same company. I call said company to see why the package hasn't moved. This one was once again "returned to sender," but customer service lady says it was returned at the shipper's request. ?!???

I have no idea WTF is going on. But I am up shit's creek with no paddle!
Woah, that sucks, I'm sorry to hear that. So what happened with the return to sender? It was searched??? How do you know? That's pretty scary.

Based on what happened to his courier on Thursday, I think there were some limitations on shipping methods (for security purposes), but that doesn't explain why it's been shipped back yet again. Have you tried reaching out to Alex? That sucks. Best of luck to you, please let us know what happens.

I know it was searched because a customer service rep from the shipping company told me as much. When the package stopped in IN I called and asked why it stopped moving.

I just emailed Alex; waiting for a response.

There is a similar situation going on with a friend of mine's letter. They called and the customer service rep said it was being held by security. I think that whole batch got intercepted or something. A's new shipper screwed something up big time.

I just sent you a PM

so if someone has a package that has been accepted by shipper on friday night but hasn't moved since, it's been returned to sender?

Uurrgg this may explain why my Thurs arrangements didn't make next day, or Sat.  I pinged Alex but haven't heard back yet with TN or anything...   /default_sad.png

I also have a package that was shipped Friday that is stuck at the "Picked up" status in the city it was shipped from.

I am a newbie, so my question is should I call and see if something is going on, or should I just leave it alone? It's a little scary.

I have ordered several times from Alex and never had a problem besides the bunk 853s, which he fixed asap.

**Just to update, I just called Fedex, and the guy said it was with security, so it's a good bet that all of the packages shipped Friday are with security also.

My advice is to leave it alone. Calling won't get your order to you any faster and if there has been an "incident" then calling more attention to the situation can't be helpful for anyone. I know there are some that disagree, but personally, I would never call.

It is indeed. I did email Alex also. I was very polite as he as been nothing but good to me, but I think the new shipper did something that somehow got all of these packages flagged. It sucks.  /default_sad.png

jesus, what does this mean?
I wish I knew. It's scary on two fronts. One is LE involved now, and two, are we completely out of our money. We will have to wait and see what Alex says. Sorry that you and some others are in the same boat too.

I am going to shut up now because I don't want to get in trouble with Cat. I apologize if this is off topic.

I'm gonna google up on situations like this, there's quite a few, see how it gets handled. sorry if slightly off-topic. maybe do the same if it will calm you, or it may be worse ymmv

worst comes to worse, they hand it over to le and they chuck it, no way to prove you wanted it shipped to you and prob small amounts, not gonna waste all those resources on minuscule fish like us. whatever u do, don't sign for anything or answer if there i a delivery attempt.

Thanks. You have made me feel better, and the advice is much appreciated.

  4. A @ AnnaSofia: he has a hat with names of cartoon villains to fill federal jobs. but keeps re-doing it till he gets who he wants lol
  5. xenxra @ xenxra: I found out through discussions with my PI that federal LE has two proprietary tools for tracing monero but it's only forward tracing.
  6. rockychoc @ rockychoc: Amazing how presidental bs can disrupt an entire mailing system. I mean it was already a hot mess.. just always crazy to watch the trickling effect.
  7. GR8 ChemS @ GR8 ChemS: Hello tonall my brotherd
  8. RiftChems @ RiftChems: USPS also lost 10 billion this year since raising rates. they have been a mess for a long time but its only getting worse
  9. xenxra @ xenxra: @uncharted unfortunately a lot of this bs can be tied back to trump appointing louis dejoy to the four letter during his last term. he had this whole plan to "modernize" their ops by gutting sorting machines and shutting down/consolidating sorting centers plus he has conflict of interest holding shares in private courier companies. if trump does take office, it's probably going to get much worse.
  10. uncharted @ uncharted: @RiftChems It's very reassuring it's not just happening in my city but other's as well, which makes getting a sense of when this whole "slow-down" started easier to pinpoint. Hopefully the next president in office appoints someone to "save the day" aka undo the problems they caused in the first place.
  11. rockychoc @ rockychoc: Not to mention USPS is the biggest mail thief. Check out articles, they exist. They steal because they know they can get away with it. Purposely don't update etc.. and we are coming into winter so now it's gonna be really bad.
  12. rockychoc @ rockychoc: You should really read up on USPS. They have warehouses of untracked mail basically gone. Workers even post the bs from within those warehouses stating managers won't do crap.
  13. RiftChems @ RiftChems: @uncharted its been like this since just before the election. before the election my stuff was scanning then sitting in transit for days with no update. Now sometimes there are 20+ packs with no scan (customers freaking out) and then it updates all the way in their city.
  14. uncharted @ uncharted: I think you might be right about holiday backlog I just would not have expected it so soon this year
  15. xenxra @ xenxra: @Droplogic the one on rentry?
  16. Droplogic @ Droplogic: Beware of the collectivelist; blackmailer
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: feels like the holiday backlog kicked in during like september this year honestly
  18. uncharted @ uncharted: @RiftChems They really have been all over the place this week. Express order's taking way longer than they should and as you mentioned seemingly no scanning at all. This can't be the start of the holiday season, can it?
  19. rockychoc @ rockychoc: Problem *
  20. rockychoc @ rockychoc: Lol I swear we need to start a vendor only thread to warn each other about "probelm clients"
