Alex (Formerly Troy-Pharma.com)

Expected delivery on Saturday but with the mixup delivery was scheduled for today by 10:30.I know it's a little before 10:30 but the carrier was already on my street an hour ago,It also doesn't look like the package has moved since Friday.

Shoot a polite note to Alex. Thanks.

it's gone my friend /default_sad.png just gotta wait for A to make it right if he can

I heard from Alex very early this morning & just did let him know about today.I know it's not his fault & have faith in the guy.

honestly, not trying to be a downer here, but if packages were handed over to security as suspicious and given to LE, etc. there's really very little A could do I'd think. But my feeble mind worries ad hopes on... off topic but in better news I did finally get accepted by TTM after about 17 days lol

He is definitely working aggressively to resolve each of the individual issue and also to protect and satisfy the everybody that he's worked with.  Good luck, stay positive and sit tight.

I know it's difficult, but please try and be patient and see what Alex is able to work out. All it not necesarily lost. Alex is quite savvy and driven to make sure everyone gets what they need.

Just checked carriers site again-where it once said estimated delivery by 10:30 on 3/16 it now says Estimated Delivery N/A

Thanks all. I certainly learned my lesson about calling. I apologize about that. It was not my brightest move.

I have also talked to A and he will get it taken care of. I have complete faith.

really makes me wonder what specifically it was about these few in the bunch that got them flagged, or if it had anything to do with A's new guy?

Ebladez-If possible, maybe better to use a alt addy for any reship/near future deliveries? The thing that's bothering me about this is that from my understanding of it now; if correct, is the orders were already held up as RTS or security held before any phone call were made? IF that's the case, something about the specific orders singled them out, it's concerning.

Im sympathetic, I've had this exact same thing happen way back when, way before I ever found this board, I posted somewhere else and I'm of 100% belief that the confiscation was caused by my own posting habits.I put out too much information, learned the hard way. That's why you see over and over: post only after you receive, no shipper names, etc etc. Cat has even had to lock down topics to protect everyone. Not all 30+ guests viewing the forum are here to get info to place their own order. And no phone calls to me is just obvious. Nobody calls a shipper freaking out questioning why the socks and underwear they ordered overnight priority delivery from Amazon has not moved for a few hours on the weekend. Sorry.

With regard to your first paragraph, that's an astute observation.
As to whether people call freaking out over socks and underwear, I think you'd be suprised. For one thing, I don't know that any of the folks that called the carrier were "freaking out". Hopefully they were just inquiring as to status, etc. Many people are eagerly waiting for packages (gifts, the latest video game, contracts to be signed, etc etc). The major carriers probably field hundreds of thousands of calls each day. That's why I've always been somewhat bemused by the paranoia about calling the carrier. Having said that, you may have seen that I retracted an earlier statement to the same effect as it did occur to me that where there is already suspicion, a flood of calls regarding a specific sender might trigger further investigation that is certainly unwanted and that may very well be what happened here. We'll likely never know. And besides that, Alex has specifically asked me to ask you guys to please not call the carrier. He asks that we now, and in the future, direct all inquiries directly to him and please be patient and wait for a response. He will respond. We all know how much of a stand-up guy he is, so please rest assured that he won't leave you hanging and if you haven't heard back from him yet, there is probably a legitimate reason.

Thanks,

MC

I have never posted on this board or any other until last night, so I don't think the posting too much applies in my situation. Your guess is as good as mine as to the why.

Also, just to be clear, I honestly just called and asked if I could pick it up at a fedex facility, which I had planned on doing already, since I would not be home.

No freaking out at all. Obviously, looking back, it was stupid, and will not be repeated.

the saving grace for me was this was not a usual/perm addy for me, I'm making a throw away email too, and i suggest others periodically purge their emails completely

Thanks V that was actually really helpful in narrowing causes for the rts issues. My guess was something was overly shady about this new shipper/done improperly

Spoke with A today and to echo what Mr. C said, he is doing his best to sort things out while still moving things along for others.  Personally my presents have always come by way of the big brown bus and there is never an issue.  I didn't realize he utilized the other as much for reasons like this.

I can again echo Mr. C that people call by the thousands on priority shipments.  I have done so many times on many different items and more often than not when delivery shows as NA or hasn't moved, it is because some dumbass didn't scan along the way and/or they lost/stole it. If this helps alleviate concerns, my dad has a terminal illness where he is prescribed pretty much everything on the menu for his pain.  His awesome pharmacist FDX'd them to him while he was visiting me for awhile.  Package was shipped to me, with the shipper being an individual's name.  Half of them never made it because of theft or someone losing it.  LE never once showed up at my door about it and there was enough for intent to distribute in those packages.  Hope this helps people relax a little.

With regard to email, for those who don't know, there are a ton of providers out there to protect privacy.  There is some cost but if you are worried about it, probably worth it.  I wouldn't trust an email purge from a major provider of course.  I am sure most of you know but throwing this out there for any newbies.

Anyway, ordered today and will post when recv'd and discuss quality.

Yes, to clarify - my letters were RTS looooooong before I called the carrier. Like, days before I called. And I definitely wasn't freaking out on the phone. I know that people call carriers all day every day with these stupid Qs. That's why I didn't think it would be at all suspicious if I called and asked about the status of my letter. Naïveté? Perhaps.

A is reshipping to a different address and different carrier.
