First off, I have to say I have never been so impressed with communication between someone before in my life. 

Alex is extremely quick about replying and taking care of the client. He has replied to EVERY message within a very

very reasonable timeline. I ordered today, sent payment, and have just now received the tracking number. I'm hoping

to have a product that lives up to Alex's great customer support when it get's here Friday!

Very Very impressed thus far, lets hope the vikengs are good.

My 1st order with A went as smoothly as one could hope. Ordered some rock climbing gear and some Vkings 10yrs old on 9/24 before cut off sent mg with no problems and received it a little latter. Communication was excellent answered all questions promptly very cool with me. Was told if I got $ to him before cut off I could get it the next day and we'll I have received 9/25 so I couldn't be happier with A and 1st transaction. Will go back for sure. Quality of gear is as described so all good!! ?

Alex is out of non 853s at moment.  If you order vics right now there will be risk of getting same batch of fakes as I received.  

I would request M357s, IP110, or G037s.  The fakes I got are identical to the fakes in circulation a few months ago.  These are easily identified by a vinegar type smell.  Legit pills should have virtually no smell at room temperature. Check imprint too as fake pills have imprints not as crisp as real ones.  

I have become a quasi expert at spotting fake 853s due to sheer volume of them I have received in the last year.

The Vikings I received earlier are the name brand wat 10yrs old and they are legit along with the rock climbing gear. Both as described by him when we talked. A+++ for customer service and quality of products. Good tip tho mrsjones. Guess it's all a risk at some level or another just try to minimize it by doing homework and reading different threads and being smart and safe. Why I love dbg and community.

I got royally screwed over by Alex:

Funds pickup up Wed.

Order did not go out Thursday as promised due to a "mistake"

Was told by Alex it would go out Fri for Sat delivery

Got a TN from Alex last night, but was the wrong TN or he sent my order to someone else by mistake.

Nothing arrived today and out of meds.

Not a word from Alex.

I know it sucks but try to be patient.  He got supplied some fakes so he has to get a new supply.  He is a stand up guy.

As of a few hours ago, Alex still had no stock of vics. Bad thing is not even an ETA yet. If you order he will come through, but you might have to wait a while.

Alex made good on the SNAFU order from last week and threw in a few extras for the trouble.  FYI: generic study aids - good quality.

Mistakes happen, and Alex is the best in making it right.

Just to update my status. If you read in my recent posts in this topic, you will see I received fake vics from Alex.  He promised to ship replacements when he got more stock. 

He is still out of vics but he did offer to send same value of a stronger pk as compensation (I will wait for vics).

He has always made things right in the past with me.  

While he currently has no vics in stock (and no ETA) he appears to have the stronger stuff if somebody needs to order.  

Just curious, is anybody else waiting on reship of vics from Alex?

Yes, I am waiting for a very small make-up ship of some Vikings. But he has stayed in communication, told me he had received some complaints about white wats so waiting for new stock.

Been a while for me, and while A was harder to reach lately with in-stock rox, addy U31'a, he had cor136's which were shipped speedily:

received TN wed night, 

received proddy this morning, 

I'd report quality right now but packing for a camping trip may mean I I'll 

a - pack fuckin really well all day and remember to report A+ quality, or

He's aways fantastic to work with...I always post a review for every order and out of 10+ times, they've always been positive. Only problem I've had so far has been a carrier issue, not him.

Another next day life saver!  Ordered 10/2 with Saturday delivery.  Less than 24 hr turn around!  God I love the reliability of this guy!  Quality A+.  I also appreciate that his cutoff is a little later than other vendors.  Keep it up Alex!
