Ok, so, although I had said (& asked) I couldn't receive by a certain way, and I was told that wasn't a problem and that other ways would be used, it ended up coming by the exact way I had specifically said that it couldn't come. And, that particular way screwed up some things, so I ended up getting it late (which wasn't Alex's fault, but it still should have never been sent that way). And even though Alex specified that to his sHiPp€R, the ShIpP3r went against what Alex said and sent it that particular way. 

I ordered the new oranges and was skeptical at first but Alex eases my anxiety by sending me a pic of the bLiStEr pAcK it came in. I personally feel that they are about the same as rock climbing gear. The quality is about the same as well and unfortunately, don't last as long for me, but that's most iR crafts (for me anyway). 

Great communication, service, and quality as usual. I just wish his employees would do as he says. But, can't win 'em all.

Another 5 star review for Alex! Order placed yesterday, TN last night, and received today. I ordered some new rocks for my garden, orange and green this time. He is very easy to work with, replies quickly, and is just great! Thank you, Alex!

 
I'm so relieved to finally be sharing this review. 

Donation 10/13 before cutoff, pickup problems meant receipt of donation was too late for same day shipping.

never updates again 

Emails promptly replied to concerning TN in meantime

10/20 promised 100% reship when stock back in on 10/23

I sent email in the meantime requesting a switch of products, was told it was no problem, even after I decided I should just take the 100% reship and not make his job harder, and for him to disregard. He said he'd be happy to swap them out.

.... no activity ..... (le sigh) ..... this time vendor confused

So... in conclusion I don't know what happened. I've been keeping an eye on the tracking from the first one because it's odd and then updates 3 days later as "problem with address." I'm curious if it got seized "unofficially." What do I know though?

After the first package got -lost- Alex has been really attentive and provided great customer service. All the problems I encountered were outside of his control, be it shipper or carrier issues. I wasn't sure that this reship would make it because they always show up on the carrier's website (this one didn't appear) and its scanning activity was also really spotty - as in two total scans. But in the end it made it, as frustrating and long as it was. Alex provided great customer service throughout, I'm hoping the shipping issues get worked out because he took care of me and I'd like to return.

I wasn’t holding out much hope of receiving the next day but Alex said he could do it and he did!  He was great at commmunicating, honest about stock and delivered on his promise.  I tried some of the new rock gear in the latest fall color and in addition needed some bars to complete my set.    Alex was very nice, communicated exceptionally and was all around a pleasure to deal with. Usually my orders from this area of stores invariably always have some glitch that tires and stresses me on the whole interaction, but this one was great!  Perfect from start to finish.  For me, communication is key.  If I know what to expect, I’m fine.  I give Alex an A+.

Truly, 1. totally easy & hassle-free process of volunteering, 2. he found the exact qualities I was specifically looking for, 3. he is so nice, 4. excellent quality and every element as desired/expected. Some of my involvements from some charity organizations have some variability in the expected services, which can be unsettling/frustrating. Not so w/ Alex. Absolutely perfect. Straightforward. No surprises. Great communication and prompt. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I made a donation on 11-6. That evening he let me know there would be a slight delay. On 11-7 I received notification that my gift would arrive the next day, and it did! The pumpkins are cute, perfect for Fall decor.

This was my first time using a service like this and went with Alex based on the positive reviews here and his price was slightly better on the item I wanted. Here’s how the timeline went:

11/20 - received confirmation before cutoff time. Requested Overnight.

11/21 - asked for TN. Was told they were still waiting for it.

11/22 - No package. Was told it may be “lost” and will be resent 11/24... (???)

11/23 - TN* received in the AM. Thanksgiving Day so no deliveries. 

*TN indicated sent 11/22 using 2-Day Express, not overnight.

11/24 - TN indicated delivery by today at 3pm. Not received. Was told by PO that they were very busy and couldn’t make it out today.

11/25 before noon - The eagle has landed.

God Bless Alex. I was doubting things for a minute but he maintained communication with me throughout the process.

Will definitely be a regular customer.

 
What was and still is a great vendor,Alex made it happen! Did actually an over night.

donated last friday, circumstances made a mess,but Alex cleaned it up, sent another and my acceptance into that club worked.

OK, review time.  I came across Alex’s Information right here in this thread.  I had only been using the big four (vendors) up until I gave Alex a try.  Like everyone else on here I’m constantly looking for that one vendor who I can count on and a few other important considerations.  It seemed like Alex’s thread just kind of died off without a significant reason (if I remember correctly).  I decided that at the very least I would email him and see what happened.  Alex got back in touch with me fairly quickly with a menu.  One thing I would like to point out right now is that Alex’s minimum order is only $160 plus shipping.  That is especially nice when trying out a new vendor.  Alex doesn’t have the biggest menu out there but it does include all of the essentials.  

I was also allowed to mix and match my order a little bit.  I know a lot of vendors will make you order at least five or ten of an item as a minimum.  I tried not to abuse that privilege as I wanted to try a few things without having to order 200 plus dollars of an item and not even knowing if I liked it or not beforehand.  Just a few more things before I get down to the meat and potatoes.  Communication was great with Alex from start to finish.  The quality of the items was a cut above and I mean that literally.  I ordered some oxy’s 40 mg and tried one right off the bat.  It was that good.  I also ordered some ritz crackers from him and they were also great.  

I also tried some sub@x@ne.  That particular substance turned out to not be my favorite but it worked as adve.  You can only learn so much about a person through emails but Alex came across as a friendly and laidback guy.  You could probably ask him if he could find an item for you if you cannot find it elsewhere.  I don’t know that he will find it but I bet he would try at least.  Don’t get mt me wrong, I can’t volunteer Alex’s time and efforts to hunt down hard to find items.  I just got the feeling that if your request was reasonable that he would look into it.  Alright, here’s the important info:

Order placed: 21 Nov

Paid for:  22 Nov

Received:  27 Nov

I received a tracking number the same day I paid for the package.  The package was sent two day priority.  I believe the weekend caught me and slowed the order down.  I was supremely happy with the order and process.  After about the second day of receiving the package I emailed Alex back and thanked him.  I will use Alex again and I recommend him to others.

Aloha, friends!

I’ve been using Alex for several weeks, and he’s been fantastic. He is an excellent communicator, the product (mainly the newer, orange items) Seem fine (high tolerance here), and the prices are reasonable. And he seems genuinely nice, with a generous spirit, like he really cares about his customer! 

I’ve been lax in reviewing — and for no good reason, just busy with other things, but who isn't? So I thought I’d pop in and at least give Alex a little shout-out between orders, with a proper “date ordered/received” review to come.

Main point: I recommend this friendly, prompt, communicating-well vendor, who has been a life-saver for me after some bad experiences with other vendors.

 
Fabulous service and great quality products; Always on time and he is one of the nicest people on here. I value his service as he is always on time and has great products at a very nice prices. his min order is $180 which is fabulous for us eny pinches.
