I ordered 20 mg endo's 9 days before my birthday. I knew that he doesn't do overnight so I asked him to please at least get it by my birthday to me. Well here we are 15 days after my birthday and nothing. The worst part was I hadn't been on the form lately so I see all these posts of people that have received the same thing I ordered after me but yet they receive theirs and I didn't receive mine even though I paid before the new customers. He also had told me he hadn't been doing orders at all because he was at the hospital with his mom for the past 2 weeks. Keep in mind I'm just now seeing this today that all these orders are being delivered and here he's been emailing me that he's been at the hospital for two weeks and not doing orders at all. I mean this is $900 were talking about. You know it's not a couple hundred dollars. 

 
I had no issues with Alex so far, but Ima keep my eye on this one for now. Might have to make donations somewhere else. Just keep us posted with any update on your donations please! And best of luck with yall!

 
As an update, I did receive an email from Alex this morning, although a little subdued.  He states that he had emailed about his difficulties (which he had, but it seemed rather extended, first the shipping inspectors for over a week, then a sick mom for over a week).  Now, he states he is back in the office.  I emailed him to see if that means he is going to ship my letter that the donation was picked up on 06/06, but I have not heard anything about that.  Will keep you posted.  I do feel somewhat encouraged that he has at least reached out to me.

Yes Alex also reached out to me earlier this monring . He is having some family issues and will be back on track. He has a shipping schedule for certain days of the week so i hope all is well with him. He has alwsys been prompt and came through with my donations.  

 
That makes me feel even better, that you have heard from him, as well, bdrc36.  I was really thinking that my $1160 was gone forever.  I know he has a shipping schedule, so I will wait to see what happens next.  He has always been great, this is the first real problem I have had in the last four years of donating, but it was getting pretty serious with all this time that has passed.

 
I'm surprised he told you that it's all back on track? I received an email  from him that he's being blacklisted. That's amazing that he's telling you today that he's doing orders and everything's back to normal. Right now they're still $2,200 in the order is outstanding, in addition to him saying he's being blacklisted. Now all is well? Hmm... Interesting...

 
Sooo seems like bad news bears since my last post back at the beginning of May. My pills were clearly fake for the first time and now people's orders are not being fulfilled? This is a sad day. I did business with Alex for years. I always hate having to re-establish myself with other vendors. 

 
Today is officially 23 days and I still have not received my order. This past Monday I was told it was being shipped out and I will get it Tuesday. Then on Tuesday when I was expecting my product to be here I had an email with three different responses as to why it was never shipped out. This is been going on pretty much every day now since June 6th. I had been in touch with the moderator as to this issue since it's been going on for a while. I originally ordered it for my birthday which is already passed. Then I was hoping to get it for 4th of July which is next week. However, now I'm finding out the product I ordered he does not even have. I sent an email asking him to clarify if he does not have that product then the product that he is giving me I want to make sure the milligrams will equal to what I paid for originally. I still have not received my order, nor have I received a reply as to what I will be receiving. It's amazing you can dish out $1,000 and then the vendor turns around and gets upset with you because you want to know where your orders at after 3 weeks? If you don't have it just say you don't have it and give me the money back so I can go somewhere else. Telling me a bunch of crazy stories it's just making me lose all my faith and trust in you.

Feeling somewhat encouraged at this point.  Alex has kept in very close contact and I have a TN for a plan “b” product because he does not have what I ordered.  But, he assures me that he will have it this weekend and send it as soon as he gets it, with a “little” extra for my patience.  It has been a very long several weeks, and I am not quite sure what happened, but Alex does seem to be back, and ready to work with his customers.  Again, if there is something different that happens than what he has promised I will keep everyone informed, but I checked the TN and it is good, so we will see how it turns out.

@123, I know you’re excited to receive your order, but please, for your safety and everyone else’s safety, please do NOT post about things until AFTER you have received. You can then put in detail what all occurred. For orders that you haven’t received and nothing is ‘on its way’, then it can be posted in the ‘outstanding orders’ thread. Thank you!

Order place June 6th for 50 20mg end@s. Received WRONG ORDER AFTER 24 DAYS OF WAITING. It's for half the dosage and a much weaker purple cet. This order was 24 days late. I was told at least 10 of my 20 inch heels of what I ordered would be in there, but that was not even true. Very disappointed. Spent thousands on this vendor a month. Just to get this garbage in the mail, and be told by him that is all I'm getting  almost a month later.  The worst part is I did not even order this product!! I ordered 20 inch heels instead I got ugly purple shoes size 10 which obviously is not close to what I ordered. You would think when you spend a lot of money on a vendor a month, they would not test you to see if you would stay with them after they screw you over and this is not the first time this is just the first time I complained about it cuz this was quite a shock when I opened this box.

My letter with the plan “b” arrived by ON, yesterday.  So shipped on 06/28 and arrived on 06/29.  Now, to see if the merchandise I originally requested arrives as promised.  So far so good.  It has been a very long several weeks!

 
I can only speak on my personal experiences (same as everyone else, but just wanted to reiterate), and i just had an excellent transaction with Alex. 

I initially emailed him on 6/26th to touch base and just see how he was doing business-wise. He immediately replied and was his usual extremely polite and candid self.  I really do trust his word. I completely understand about having a sick family member.

I donated on the 27th and he kept me updated every step of the way, i received TN on 30th and everything arrived perfectly on 7/2.  He really did keep me updated , sending multiple emails a day and replying as quickly as he could to my messages. 

I got the purple perks which are working great for me.  I ordered those but can understand the disappointment had i ordered a different product and received a substitution.

I am really sorry for the trouble experienced by fellow forum members and in no way want to come across as invalidating anyone's own experience. Seriously, i am so, so sorry that any of that happened.

I don't know what to say other than my recent transaction with Alex was perfect .

Well 3mbolden, I am  happy that everything worked out for you. Unfortunately as you stated getting a substitution when you order something completely different is very disappointing. However after three weeks of being told that what you paid for is not in stock you get to the point where okay what are we going to do  to fix this then? I ordered 20 in heels a quantity of 50. Instead I received 50 purple 10 milligrams. you can do the math. I was shorted 500 mg. When I paid a lot more for the 20 inch heels versus the 10 mg purple guys I immediately said this needs to be fixed. I requested just send me the other 500 mg that I already paid for. I was told that was not a possibility. after 3 weeks I even asked for a refund so I can go to another vendor instead. however I never got the refund and I still have not received the 50 20 inch heels I bought June 6th and we're already in July now and I still don't have my order.

I understand; i've been following all of your reviews and commentary on your transaction.  I am not begrudging you your experience by any means, in fact i am encouraged by your updates and input because that is the purpose of this forum and i'm confident it really does help people make informed decisions. I seriously hope that you guys reach a conclusion that is satisfactory to you on all levels and that would be absolutely appropriate for this particular thread. Any further dialogue that does not involve a review might reach a more suitable audience on the General Discussion thread in this forum category. Although i don't have anything more to add other than that i am content with how my transaction went for me; i know others would be able to contribute more to this discussion.

As i said, that was entirely my own, personal, experience with Alex.

I'm putting this topic under surveillance due to receiving several complaints and stories that do not sound like the Alex we know. Please pm me if you are having a similar experience.

If anyone has a successful review, please post it and let's leave the commentary on the outstanding orders thread or general discussion. 

If these incomplete orders are just a little bump in the road, I will remove the warning, or if most orders are going off without a hitch. That is why we really need to see reviews!

I did business with Alex for years with ZERO problems. Then all of a sudden I began having petty little problems (late last year), but was still hopeful that he would come through since he always had before. I made one huge order, and it was supposedly caught. He refunded half of it. He promised to refund the other half when I made another order (which should have never been the case, it should have just been refunded), and when I did, he only sent what I newly ordered. When I brought this to his attention, he apologized and said he would make it right. After months of totally stressing out, and terrible excuses, I stopped using Alex. In fact, Alex is the whole reason why I stopped almost everything I was doing all together. I logged on tonight to see if anything had changed, and I am not surprised to read what I am reading. Alex was once a great connect, but of course, all good things come to an end. I guess the saying goes "cut your losses......"
