@Tyno I know that I said I would moderate this thread more loosely because of the question marks about Alex these days, but for your own safety and in keeping with our general guidelines for vendor threads, I would not post exactly when your items are shipped.

You know I appreciate all the info, but I can wait until you have it safely in your hands.

 
Great!  That is good to hear and if we can get another couple of positive reviews I will remove the "surveillance".

@Tyno it was just something I had to post so that I don't hear "why is it OK for that member to post ahead of time". Consistency and all 😉

 
I ordered a week ago and have been given excuses, a tracking number that never tracked, then told yesterday that other orders took precedence, then today another excuse.  The worst of all was he said I was only getting a partial order because it was a reship from the bad tracking number?    He now says he will send money back.  We shall see.

 
@EDSZebra.. Any updates on Alex? I have a feeling he will end up black listed soon. It sucks because he was so good when I first started using him.

 
To update. My refund did not come.  I did get a tracking number though.  Problem is because he told me he was sending a refund, I didn’t update my address with him so the package was returned to sender.  Alex would not help me on this.  $40 later and it is being rerouted to me.  Will update if I ever get it.

@EDSZebra, it’s ok because someone asked you for an update. But if you scroll down on the main Mexican Pharmacy’s page (which shows all the vendors and such), you’ll see a thread titled “Mexican Vendors-Outstanding Orders”. That’s where you post about orders never received. 

Also, when you post in there (& I highly suggest you DO post in there about this particular order you didn’t receive), tag 2earls so she can try to get something resolved with this. You just put the @ symbol followed directly by the persons screen name you’re wanting to tag (do not put any spaces...you’ll see a drop down menu of names and choose the correct screen name of the person you’re tagging).

I've been working with Alex for the past couple of months and ordered a variety of products. All very good quality and excellent customer service. I'd love to keep him for myself, but I'm happy to share him with my friends at DBG. He is a standard email only SY vendor, and although I've only been working with him for a few months, he as a multi-year track record. Please keep in mind that although my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive so far, there are always risks involved when working with ANY vendor. For those who decide to use him, please report how your order went, good or bad.

This vendor is now PRIVATE. Updated 5/3/2016

This thread is open for existing customers to keep track of how he's doing.

I moved on. Ordered intermittently for years. First TN never shipped, two weeks later I received re-ship but half the order was missing. Paid substantial shipping too. Found a replacement.

Just another bad report for Alex. If anyone has anything positive to say about this guy, now would be the time to speak up before he goes on the blacklist. I had hoped he was just going through a rough patch, but it seems to have become a permanent problem that something is wrong with every order.

 
Nevermind, after reading the outstanding orders thread I decided enough is enough. Alex, or whoever took over this business, has been in decline for the past year.

I even theorized that Fernando took over this email because the bizarre stories that started to come from here were exactly the same type of thing he used to do such as saying that he didn't have enough money to pay for the orders. I have never known any other vendor to say such things, but I really don't care who is running it. They are not living up to DBG standards.

 
@2earls i wrote back and forth with Alex for years, I believe he is gone. He told me he planned on quitting because hes a single dad his wife left him and he lived with his mom and she highly disapproved of his employment, but I do recall he said he was getting out of the buisness. I hope this helps, I believe they arent talking to Alex, maybe a replacement as you said. I would stay away until I actually knew who was running his email, because I wrote him at his old email and havent gotten any response. I used his old email for old customers, not the new one.

@Heavenlee Thanks for this, yeah I used his old and new emails, at the same time, so the replacement has access to both. Maybe he sold them or something. Either way, I believe it;s not the original guy. OG Alex was quite down to earth.. nothing like this now.

 
@davemustaine are you actually the singer of Megadeath, lol! I agree, i knew Alex on a very personal level, he would talk about his son, ex-wife, and his mom. We would actually talk about my son, how I was doing, how much he wanted to move to my state Colorado because he loved the mountains. Last time I wrote, their was no talk about how we were both doing, he would always ask about my son, but I got none of that. It was just a general menu it wasnt Alex I believe because he always wrote and was sweet and always asked how I was doing. I have no clue who wrote me back but I know it wasnt him!

 
I agree @2earls because we both always talked about our sons, Ill tell you more about mine in vip, lol! He was a very proud papa indeed. I knew something was astray when he didnt mention him or ask about mine, only a basic menu? That wasnt the typical Alex I knew he loved speaking about family. Sounds like you are correct, Ill miss him but I wish he would have said something, he made you feel like you were good friends, but like you said I hope it opens another good oportunity.
