Received a large order today (stocking up). He threw in a bunch of free samples since I've made several recent orders with him. Unfortunately, the Rocks 30 were short by about 20%. I let Alex know and he was super pissed at his guy, very apologetic, and within a few hours I had a TN for the remaining amount plus extras.

Atwoonefives and W853s all very good quality.

As an fyi, he starts work at 6:00 am PST, so you can start emailing him then and will get a response. Also, he's usually away from his computer from 2:00 or 3:00 PST until late evening.

Would someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?  I have sent two emails and both have bounced back.  I'm sending from my gmail account.  I am emailing to the following address:  jrtnewemail01@gmail.com  If this is not correct would someone please type the address correctly and send me the link.  I am using the number "0" and not the letter "o".

Please help.

Just look back at Mr. Crowley ' original post. You are missing the second "r".
