What in the World! I've sent three request and haven't received one list! Guess I'm not cool enough.

He's usually away from his computer from about 2:00 or 3:00 pm PST until late evening. So I bet you'll receive a list tonight. Ndon't spam his inbox though. He starts each morning at 6:00 am PST.

Would you mind being a little more descriptive? You ordered "Done" and the quality seems off? Just weak or flat out bunk?
