I sent him an email last night after I signed off on the board and he replied at 10:30 PM PST! So, evidently, he also works way into the night! He sent me the price list. I will let  you all know what comes next.

 
Yes, I spoke to him this morning. No TNs as his shipper had some kind of family issue, but the letters went out. I got my notification from the shipper last night, so I can confirm that mine did.

 
TN's get mixed up or typed in wrong sometimes. Mine usually arrives after my thing does. I usually do not check em bc then I have a habit like others of checking it every 7 minutes. Also winter weather in some areas may cause delays, even if you were not affected by snow. I read this straight from the horses mouth (just think about it). Not gonna say where though.

So far, so good.   Certainly the communication is good.   I will be very surprised if something goes awry.   

 
Kindsty, you cant say the P word here!  I'm a chronic healthy eater who was just thinking, literally 5 minutes ago, that I haven't had it in months and goddam could I go for a few slices right now.  hehe

One of R's orphan's here....

Been in the process of trying out a first order with A -- have had a slight hiccup -- but he's friendly and seems to be on the ball so I'm not worried yet. I think he is a good guy and I trust he'll come through. Plus, he's got such a sterling reputation amongst several people I trust on here.

I'll keep you all informed and report on how it turns out, of course.

Hopefully good, as A is so friendly and easy to work with, I wouldn't mind making him my go to guy for future orders.

Going thru sy vendor is way faster than hunting it down locally or the bs that comes with it.

 
I just received mine. As stated above A was not able to get out the TN's last night but everything did go out today. This is my second time dealing with A and this person is GREAT to work with so far. Both times went fine - good communication and good product and fast turn around. TN situation was out of A's control. He/she did inform me of the glitch so appreciate the communication.

I received my order @ 9am this morning. I emailed A to thank him and his reply was;

"sorry for not sending you a tn last night but my shipper had a family situation last night and i'm still waiting for it"

I told him not to worry and everything was OK. He also said that no TN's were sent out last night so I'm sure if you were told that he sent yesterday, than it was shipped.

To sum things up

Ordered:              1/11 very late in evening.

Money sent:         1/11 very late

Letter arrived:        1/13

Quality:               Just like the local pharm. A+

Communication was great throughout. I never got a TN but things went so fast I really didn't need except maybe to ease my mind. Item ordered had eM 4fore on it and it was something I have not seen any others carrying, even Alex as there are others that are stronger and probably more desired for that reason. I used a payment method that is not talked about a lot from my reading and probably the least popular. Everything went very smooth and I plan to use the same pay service again.

Alex is an awesome business man and did everything he said he would. Will definitely be doing business with him again.

Hi All.  I just wanted to add my 2 cents here about A.  I have used him several times now and what I really appreciate about him is his prompt replies.  If I have a question about anything, he answers within 15 minutes, unless its too early as Im on est and he is pst.  He has also been very patient with my questions as Im failrly new at ordering from vendors and wasn't sure about some things.  The product I get has always been decent and he  even threw in a couple xtra once.  I didn't get a tcn last night either but wasn't too worried bc Ive dealt with him and things have always gone well.  I paid for 10:30 am shipping and letter didn't come until 3 pm, which was a bummer, but it happens sometimes and A is decent enough to reimburse me for early morning shipping next time. So, anyone new to this type of ordering or not sure who to try, I would say A is a safe bet, polite and respectful...a pleasure to work with. /default_smile.png

 
Got my letter today, was expecting tommorrow I paid for 2 day but he overnighted .Alex is great quality very happy, the delay was worth it.

Based on what I've read I decided to give A a try and he was the most responsive and helpful person I have dealt with in a long time. The only 'problem' if you want to call it that is that he was out of pizza and related toppings I wanted, so he offered another item that wasn't on the menu. I'm at the something is better than nothing stage and wasn't unhappy with the choice he gave me. Being in the south right in the middle of the predicted ice storm brewing for tomorrow morning I doubt I will get the delivery time I requested. I'll check in and let you all know how it goes.
