Hi jjray, as I think you can tell by the responses to your post, it's very important to provide a much more detailed explanation when you have a complaint about quality, including but not limitied to:
Date received
Product/brand
How you came to the conclusion that the meds were poor quality
Appearance/taste/smell, etc.
Response from vendor
Believe me, we all empathize with the disappointment that comes along with realizing that you didn't get what you paid for, but it's important to be patient, reach out to the vendor, and then take the time to articulate your experience in as much detail as possible while restraining your emotional reaction. It's bettter for your credibility, gives your fellow memebers more useful information, and increases the chance that the vendor will work with you. Good luck.
