@davemustaine Alex doesn't hardly reply on weekends. I'm guessing you'll get an email tomorrow. Most SY vendors don't work weekends (and most won't email on weekends). Just my observation/experience.

Thanks Addy! Awesome to hear and lucky you! I wasn't worried about him bailing as much as losing him in general. He's been great! I did not know about weekends and

Ordered and funds sent on 03/27. I missed the cut off by 15 minutes and they gave Alex some trouble picking up the funds.

excellent quality. I have to give him extra props on his excellent communication and patience. I feel like I was that annoying first time customer with 1000 questions. Alex was so patient and when I apologized for being so pesky, he told me not to apologize and he appreciated my business. This man has the patience of a saint and is extremely nice and professional. He even gave me a small discount on shipping and extra gifts as a first time customer. 

Alex has certainly gained a long term customer. I would recommend him to anyone.

there was a small hiccup this time with overnight delivery but I received within 48 hours so why complain. A admitted what happened and made up for it. What more can I ask? 

I've been using Kr@t0m from our new friend in the US forum for the last 72 hours to stay away from Roxanne, but I'm human and slipped again. Oh well! Quality top notch as always from A. Will hop on over to the US vendor thread and leave a review for him now.  

However, if you're looking to ween off this stuff, I have to say the K works wonders.  I'll keep using it to at least lower my tolerance.
