I didn't get that email. A had said he would reship to me but maybe it's for the best for everyone else that he doesn't!

 
I ordered yesterday and I too get notifications from brown of upcoming shipments. None showing except my bazillion amazon products.  I sent in a polite request asking for an update.  I will let everyone know if/when I receive a letter.  I'm on the East coast so it might help reduce stress for anyone in a different time zone if mine shows as I would obviously know hour(s) before. 

 
Later he also sent me an email saying it's going to be a day delay for at least two weeks due to having to shipping in early morning.

So does that mean that if someone ordered on Monday, they should be receiving Wednesday?  Thanks /default_smile.png

 
Posting details about any new shipping methods (like time,place,packaging etc) MIGHT be helpful Intel, not for people waiting on packages but whatever. Shit, maybe someone should just call and find out wtf? :/

Seriously, let's not compromise everything Alex is doing to make this work by posting every freaking detail on the board. Alex is going the extra mile to make sure everyone gets their order,and he IS very nice,I've been a customer from day one, and I dont believe for one minute that he is so nice that he will continue to take financial losses or risk his employees safety due to the customers compromising his methods.

 
I recv'd an email from him a few minutes ago and basically anyone who ordered yesterday/this past weekend should expect a delay.  It sounds like it will be a short delay but no one who ordered overnight shipping yesterday will get it today(like myself).  It sounds as though those letters should be going out today/tomorrow at the latest from what he said.  He will send out updated T/Ns as he has them.

He asks everyone please be patient and let's not bombard him with emails for updates.  He is working it out as fast as he can and I am sure we will get updates from him/other members in frequent communication (ie people like Mr. C) as they are available.  In the mean time, rest easy knowing the situation is being handled by one of the best out there, IMO anyway  /default_smile.png

 
Above is the case, just a day delay, don't keep emailing A as he is busy as it is

His inbox is literally overloaded with requests for updates on the shipping fiasco, orders, etc. He really is a class act so let's give him a little time and space to get things worked out. I know it isn't easy when you are hurting/anxious but relief is in the way!

He is a class act & a great guy /default_smile.png As long as he is safe & keeps us safe I don't mind the delay--I'm just a major worrywart!  

 
Hey guys, Alex is working on getting orders out and reshipped. The success of this is going to be helped by keeping QUIET about what he is doing and the emails between him and you/us. PLEASE DO NOT post those emails or any info regarding this issue for everyone to see. It is not necessary. Once again, please keep your emails private between you and Alex. Thank you.

Hmmm maybe this thread needs to be locked for a day. Until Alex can get everything figured out. And any discussion about this could be taken to pm? Just a thought. .

 
yeah its better not to give ANY info out.  Carrier, emails, dates, what the packages look like, hubs, delays, ect...

Like seriously.  I know this info is pretty easy to find out for those that would want it (all ya gotta do is order) but people here just apparently do not care about the long term. 

 
Just remember a member pissed off @ R said he was sending all of the info on the board over to the f3d$. Maybe they are in thr loop. Please DO NOT DESCRIBE ANY PKGING, CARRIER, TN'S OR ANYTHING AT THE MOMENT. ONLY THRU PM. THIS IS A CRITICAL MOMENT ANDTOO MUCH CHATTER WILL FUCK IT UP FOR NOT ONLY YOURSELF, BUT EVERYBODY. PM THAT INFO ONLY PLZ. If you receive say: received: product. If ppl want more ask them to pm you.

Also calling carrier is bad idea. If it is held by security, they have ur name, address, phone# and voice if it is recorded. Be smart

Worst case scenario they just refund you after checkout. I would just try that if you really need it for medical purposes. My gut is telling me this is what I had to do but like I said, i can't recall 100%
