Quick follow up: yesterday eve, A sent my tracking # the instant it was available then, w/in the hour, sent another email to make sure all was well w/ me. I certainly appreciate the attention!

I have had a lot of problems with MG and WU in person and online.. When I did MG in person they were calling me before I got home asking me 100 questions that I must have not answered right so I had to turn around and get my money back.. I started using WU online and used the WU bill pay which worked for months until the changes that were made on WU at the first of October and now I cant even send a small amount of $.. So I have tried MG again and has been working so far.. fingers crossed.. : )..

I placed my order yesterday and he said that I will be receiving Tuesday..: ))

That was about the time I got denied by WU after several successful transfers so I switched to MG.

 
Smokey I don't really know what changed but when I e mailed my vendor telling him i couldnt get WU to go thru he said that several others had told him the same thing and that something changed with WU..

 
Sent an email today. I know it's Sunday, but I am not in a big hurry to order. Just wanting to shop around. I will let y'all know when or if he replies.

Gee whiz, I wish big brown could learn how to use my doorbell! My poor li'l letter has been sitting out in 18-degree weather for over an hour...

Otherwise, all is fine & dandy! Very nice packaging, and it was sent next day as I requested. What I initially regarded as a hiccup (discussed here and in the Mex "Discussion" thread) was simply due to Antonio's 24-hour "processing window," which he's maintaining in order to stay on top of things; IMO, a smart way to ensure his start-up rolls out smoothly, but something for the customer to keep in mind, especially when a weekend or holiday is approaching.

Pertinent facts:

Ordered 11/21 (about 2 hours prior to the earliest cut-off I have come across in the SY threads, 10:45 AM PST -- BUT, it just occurs to me, I've never asked Antonio precisely what his cut-off time is; a sharper-than-mine inquiring mind might want to find out...)

TN received 11/22, shortly after 8 PM EST -- and he sent another email about an hour later to make sure I'd received the TN

Letter received 11/25, well before 10:30 AM EST

I found his email communication impressive; he even initiated and answered several on Saturday, although all my reading suggests SY vendors prefer to take weekends off (of course they do, who doesn't?!).

One thing that might be very important to some DBG members: for my particular choice of vitamins, he has 2 imprints, both in yellow, w a t s 8 5 3 and V 3 6 0 1. He said he was sending me one and actually sent the other, but I had told him it didn't matter to me. He said he would raise the question with each individual, but if it does matter to you, it'd probably be wise to mention it yourself a time or two during the process. 

At this moment, some 30 minutes or so into it, I feel safe in saying: Many thanks, Antonio! Excelente!

I got the V 3 6 ... along w/ profuse email apologies when I reminded Antonio he said he was sending the other; luckily, it doesn't matter to me but he knows it might matter quite a bit to some members.

That is what you meant by number, right? As far as quantity, I got what everybody here always gets: never enough, LOL!

I am pleased; these look, smell, and (most important) after ingestion, feel like the real deal. Clean & "fresh" looking; the imprint is crisp & uniform, even under magnification; the taste is right, color consistent all the way through. They are hard to break, but that could be just me and my total lack of upper body strength /default_biggrin.png

Seriously, pain in my thumbs especially, and hands generally, is a main reason I'm interested in various pk; I don't have much grip or dexterity. On the other hand (bu-dump bump!) my tolerance is on the high side, so if something is bunk or under-powered, I'm all too aware of it. (Which is kinda too bad, when you think about it -- being susceptible to the power of suggestion would be so handy (eek, sorry!). But as someone else said, WD don't lie...)

@ blue- Appreciate the thoroughness of your reviews and the mentioning of the error. It is things like this, non-deal breakers, that people may not always mention and so the vendor never corrects their behaviour. 

Next time I need a new set of friends, I'll keep Antnio in mind.

An update on my order.. I received my package yesterday but they put it in my mail box so I have not had a chance to look at or test my stuff.. It was a day later than was suppose to be delivered but he explained why and have had very good communication with him.. So looks like we have another top notch vender.. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

 
Blue!!, thanks for the update.  Still on the fence, but leaning toward ordering them again based on reviews on this thread and others.  One of the concerns was the breaking of the little guys.  Unlike you I am 6'2" 240 hands like a silver razor back and could not break them into two.  This was my first experience with that problem and the pill cutter didn't like them either.  Anyway, I'll do a little more reading and see what if anything pops up.  Let me know if something changes as you work your way through the bag-oh-candy.

 
maybe I'm missing something but the email address listed in the beginning of this thread bounced back for me. Is there a new address that I am NOT seeing? I have run through all four pages and I didn't see another one so I tried to do my homework.it has been a long day so it is possible I am just looking past it and not seeing it however please don't give me a bunch of shit if that's the case. Lol I know how much people like to get on everyone around here about laziness

 
Opmden, The email Jewy posted is the one I have used to successfully make contact.  I have read back through the thread and don't see any change to email address.  Might try it again from home checking the obvious like the spelling of email address.

Indeed. There has been no change in Antonio's email address to my knowledge. I'd give it another shot, and as JM suggests, double check the spelling, as it's a bit "non-standard", if you will. Anyway, should you continue to experience problems, let us know and I'll see what I can come up with.
