I heard from him and he said it would ship today for delivery tomorrow. He said he would send a tracking # tonight.

12/15 - emailed A

12/16 - A emailed me back

- placed order for next day delivery

12/17 - A emailed me late saying it wasn't shipped and sorry, but would ship the next day

12/18 - tracking number received

12/19 - package received just as expected

He's "newer". Might have slightly different channel availability or was under the radar of recent events. But if that is the case, with all regular channels seeming shut down or promising Friday, he likely became an instant back up to people who were shut out of their primary. Just an opinion. S-
I think he takes a day or so to process the order.

I am very hopeful for you to receive tomorrow.  Like I said, was just offering an opinion as I know he is new so might be independent of the affected group(s) (but I think also old...old) here too.  S-

A wrote me a little while ago assured tracking is pending for Friday delivery - as he previously stated. @Maybesomeday; A's pricelist indicated one day to process, is this pretty typical, in your experience?

Yes. I began process yesterday. Shipping tonight. In transit. Should be here tomorrow. Yay!

You could probably get in for Sat delivery if he got info tonight.

I will update tomorrow when I receive the parcel.

I personally do not feel there is any dishonesty and every vendor I have encountered, from a recommended list here, have exhibited great customer service and been very approachable and highly responsive.

Unfreakingbelievable. I show an exception and the package is going back to the shipper. I called to speak to someone and they told me the shipper had requested the package back. I have an email out to Antonio, but I have not heard from him yet.

Why would he send me a TN if by that point he'd already requested the package back??

I hope this isn't happening to anyone else tonight. But if it is, please share.

I  have experienced the exact same thing.

When you type in the  tracking number  it shows picked up etc  then it says undeliverable package.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I  am thinking this may be the issue with the vendors; not a lack of stock.... but the packages are being sent back to the shipper.

High possibility this is happening more and more frequently!!! A  total  drag; rather disgusting as it puts some of us in a very  negative situation.

 
Shipping exception was due to the fact they had not received the information from the sender. I had the same message, but my parcel is currently with FX in TN, certainly on its way.

The parcels were collected before the shipping 945 EDI was processed.

I got the same information last night, but if you look at the timing, FX collected the parcels before the electronic shipping notification. My parcel is in TN on its way to me. The exception was spurious.

EDI (Electronic Data interchange) uses a document called a 940 to send an order and a 945 to acknowledge. There was no EDI 945 or functional acknowledgement, EDI 997, at the time of the parcel being scanned at the FX location - if you imagine it looked like it had no stamps.

So you think it's going to arrive today? Maybe I'm more cynical, but it seems like it should already be in the destination city by now. I do hope you're right!

To add to the prior poat; it states the time when it left from one origion then says undeliverable package, followed by arriving at another destination; the hub.

Very odd. I Had a letter two weeks ago from another vendor where the exact same thing transpired; and it was undeliverable; I never saw it and when I called fedex they stated it was being returned to the shipper;  I have not conversed with a fedex person  yet but am being quite concerned about this!!

Being a newbie here, please forgive me for making errors. I  was a long time member of the  old forum that no longer exists.

The letter that was shipped to me 2 weeks ago stated the same exact thing... picked up then undeliverable pkg  then showing it was at the hub in Memphis.... I never received it and called  the  shipping company and they enlightened me it was being returned to the shipper! I  hope this is not a repeat.

Has anyone called the shiping carrier and spoken to a live person??

Again, they had not received the shipping information before it got scanned. imagine a parcel with no label, even though it has one. It all appears straight. I work in a IT department for a major Drop Ship program, we see odd stuff like this all the time.

Please don't mention shippers, points of entry, hubs etc. in public forum.  Bots pick that stuff up for prying eyes.  S-

Nothing was in the system. It was a huge mess. I had no clue I was signing up for Real ID. They asked me for the exact same documents that I needed for a State ID Card.
