Oh no! Looks like hives! Guess it's the same thing. Does break out only happen when you have an anxiety attack? Are they painful?

I guess I'm not being very helpful but seems to me if you show your doc how your body reacts you could at least get something for the whelps. Topical maybe? Does Benadryl help?

I've never broken out in hives but my anxiety is more chronic rather than acute. That looks painful. Sorry you are going through this!

My hands sometimes swell like some kind of allergic reaction during my panic attacks. A hydroxyzine using clears up that symptom anyway.

Yes it only does this during attacks. Or bad nerves!!

I how'd my doctor this photo. He dd nothing for me!!

But say ah this could be anybody in the photo.

Wow!! He actually sd this could be anybody in the photo??

The next time it happens I would take my sweet a** to his office and show him. Live and In Person.

When I was going through the terrible anxiety (that led me down a dark path) i had sores ...like ulcers... break out in my mouth; my knuckles would swell like I had arthritis and I had terrible diarrhea. (Sorry). Chronic and I suppose acute anxiety can most def wreck havoc on your body and manifest itself in strange physical symptoms. My doc was convinced I had Chrohns disease. Once the source of my anxiety left (read into that one' ha!) so did the physical symptoms.

There is a huge mind/body connection.

Yeah. He said take some Benadryl.

He wouldn't even give me Zoloft.

I've went to so many doctors n they all treat my like

S-H-I-T!!!

your doctor is an uncaring jerk. Get a new one and tell them instead of treating the symptoms, you would like to address the anxiety so the hives don't happen.

I have tried several. They all are money hungry jerks!!

They think everybody is lying idiots!!

Yeah. He said take some Benadryl.

He wouldn't even give me Zoloft.

I've went to so many doctors n they all treat my like

S-H-I-T!!!
Did your doc at least prescribe a benzo? I feel so sorry for you. All of this suffering thanks to the DEA and idiot doctors.

It's so frustrating. I'm sorry you have had such bad luck with doctors. I don't want to sound sexist, but have you seen any female doctors? It's just my personal experience that they are more empathetic.

I agree with Foxglove's advice. Insist they treat the condition and not just the symptoms.

Hope you are doing better

What an a****** doctor. This makes me very angry because I had this before once due to nerves and the doctor did prescribe me Bens. Along with a steroid that also put my nerves through the roof and the Benz help calm me down from the steroids. I would find another doctor because its showing on the outside how sick the stress is making you feel and if the real doctor can't see that he shouldn't even be a doctor. I'm so sorry honey. Read read read on here and you can find sources were you can get your Benz. Good luck to you.

One more thing those look just like minded except mine were all over my face and neck and underneath both my armpits

I've went to male & female doctors & they both

Teat me the same way.

It's due to so many people lying about conditions

To get meds. I even showed them this photo. But it didn't

Do any good!!!

Pokey:: when I get an atack they pop up everywere from head toe!!

very interesting...I sometimes have a rash break out in a certain area from a panic attack, but I have never seen bumps like that from head to toe.

The thing some people don't understand is that while your issue is somewhat physical in terms of anxiety and the onset of panic attacks, for most it is mostly a 90% mental battle.

Therefore, I strongly suggest seeking out a psychiatrist if you are able to. They deal specifically with mental health and function to prescribe meds where they see fit.

Also, there is this little mental game that people play in their minds that all psychiatrists know about. Which is if a patient doesn't get what they believe is causing there symptom, in terms of medication, the patient is likely to see a positive result from taking the certain medication...because of this, many older psychiatrists who believe in this will basically prescribe you anything if you say you have it, and need it, and also qualify for it (symptomatically).

Just my 2 cents

have you tried to bath in salt water, or live near the beach , salt water will cure that !

http://www.rightdiagnosis.com/s/stress_related_eczema/intro.htm. Tue_Love. This is horrible!! I broke out into something similar and was prescribed a cream that worked literally overnight! Going to contact my pharmacy to see what the name of the cream was. Believe I still have refills at the pharmacy? the fact that your position would not even consider otherwise, is absolutely ridiculous. I have worked in the healthcare field since I was 18 years old, and some form or another. At one time, simply performing phlebotomy. There are definitely some doctors that are afraid of venturing into scheduled medications and fear of their license, and out the other Spektor on you have the doctors with little knowledge and a strong scriptwriting arm and nothing else.

jUst got off the phone with the pharmacy. When I worked at the doctor's office, I was quite lucky because I was calling in medications for patients so frequently that the pharmacist and I have a pretty good relationship. the name of the cream is Triamcinolone 0.5%. once I have built up my posts and AM allowed to PM, please let me know if I can help you out. That is, if you are still experiencing these horrible hives. it comes in a 30 gram tube, and my pharmacy copay is only $3. Hope all is well!!

More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them.
