Are all pharmacies with good SEO scams? What are obvious signs?

For example if you search "X Brand" and "Di@zepam" on google images, there's hundreds of pharmacies with very convincing websites. They always seem to have a precise street address, a phone number, a chat box, product reviews, etc. which makes one think they'd be legitimate. Look them up and they appear to have positive reviews until you find out a few people saying the reviews are fake and they got scammed. Are any of these sites real?

Maybe it has something to do with privacy settings like some people don’t accept DMs and whatever else is in the privacy settings.
