Are all pharmacies with good SEO scams? What are obvious signs?

For example if you search "X Brand" and "Di@zepam" on google images, there's hundreds of pharmacies with very convincing websites. They always seem to have a precise street address, a phone number, a chat box, product reviews, etc. which makes one think they'd be legitimate. Look them up and they appear to have positive reviews until you find out a few people saying the reviews are fake and they got scammed. Are any of these sites real?
