It increases blood flow to the nether regions. For men it makes for a raging hard on. Not sure what it does for women aside from possibly increasing sensitivity to the clitoris.

Also all around energy booster.

True, it's a shame we can't maintain the orgasm state indefinitely!.. However, I foresee many accidents, lots of people getting run over and shit?.. That's if you could drag yourself out of the house! The whole world would grind to a halt!

The latter could be a good thing ; )
