Does anyone have any suggestions by bank denied when I tried to purchase. Or another way to buy then send BTC to a vendor?

i remember when i tried to use moonpay back in 2021 my bank wouldn't process it bc they have some kind of issue with plaid. idk if moonpay uses plaid still but that's the only idea i have. have you tried using something like cashapp?

You'd have to have it cleared by your bank. I can change my limits thru my app Wonder if that can be done. Even if you called it's likely to be someone out of country answering.

I had btc issues tho. Have you tried eth?

I had a small local bank at one point that wouldn't do business with crypto trading sites. You might need to get a bank account with a larger national bank that doesn't mind the risks involved in their acount holders trading crypto.

I haven't done this but you also might be able to buy prepaid debit cards and buy through whatever btc platform with that. I would make sure the card can be used that way first because they do have some restrictions. Useing a prepaid card can also be very anonymous if not 100%.

I wouldn’t count on the big banks to be helpful either. Chase won’t allow debit purchase of crypto. They want you to set up bank transfers ACH. When doing that usually Plaid is used to connect apps to banking info. It asks you to log into your bank on their app with banking username & password. Even though they are widely used I didn’t like giving my banking info & access to a third party. Prepaid cards some state on the back no crypto transactions. So I tried LibertyX app you take cash to a local retailer but that’s capped at 500 a day plus they require ID. Next is the bitcoin atm. You’ll need cash but depending on where you live there’s usually a few in the area. Coinatmradar.com has maps, info on limits & requirements. Some don’t require ID until over 2k ( according to the site). Although I have yet to see how costly the transaction fee may be since none are listed. This was all so much easier before Biden administration implemented changes to cash apps & requiring id transactions over $600. Previously you could use Coinbase or Kracken with a credit card. It was simple & fast. Was.

More financial information about btc atm- there’s a $3 operator fee and it asks if you want to buy bitcoin and gives you their btc price so you’d need to convert. It won’t show you. For $1000 it cost $200 however I can confirm there is full anonymity. To be consistently private if you use a wallet like Exodus that apparently doesn’t use kyc (know your customer) there’s no required ID. But obviously it’s expensive to keep your transactions completely private.

All you have to do is call your bank and tell them you want access to use Moonpay and they will allow you to do it. It happened to me and after I called my bank they fixed it.

There is one more option with Chase, OP can wire the money directly to his favorite exchange platform (Coinbase for sure) and after a $10 wire fee...(from Coinbase) that money is available to immediatly trade for whatever coin and then withdraw immediatly to a wallet. Chase has $25.00 online wire fee themselves and a 1-2 days review holf for wires. I would be looking for a new major bank and crypto exchange than Coinbase if I were using those.

Bitstamp or whatever centralized exchanges you can buy BTC from or Cashapp. However, it would always be imperative that you change it to XMR for your safety and Anonymity. Use XMR for purchases.

Cash app seems to always work for me
Yeah same here but just read yesterday that they may eventually catch on & shut it down for ppl using it for what I originally figured it was targeting lol (I think they said they kept the person's $ too but I might be thinking of a different post about PayPal. Too much reading and not enough sleep this week lol

Here's the link to the thread, you can see how a few ppl got shut down by cashapp:

I've been using BTC via cash app and coinbase this whole time thinking it was sposta be safe (as much as anything on the internet anyway, part of me is pretty sure that *everything* is being tracked in some way... but I'm a small enough fish to be an unlikely target for anyone with that kinda high level access, at least until quantum AI takes over lol). But yeah I tried to load more crypto when it dropped in value the same ways I did years ago and it didn't work like it used to, none of em. I tried however I did cash app originally too, by card I think, but it didn't work. Could have made some $ from the dip but it was the cost of the lesson learned I suppose. Was too busy living life to follow the tightening of the monetary freedom choke holds for a while and then I came back and everything changed.

Guess I need to do more research. And sounds like a mass migration to XMR is needed?

Wire to cash app and then switch to a better wallet sounds like a start at least, thanks for the recommendations everyone!

Apologies if I missed this but how's Ledger measure up?

  1. S @ scarred14: rift there is people who dont like having to weigh everything and especially compounds where u only need a tiny bit so it would probably sell but i feel its against the nature of what the compound should be for
  2. S @ scarred14: whats this about latsdoodis
  3. RiftChems @ RiftChems: yeah will prob just offer it in powder form
  4. xenxra @ xenxra: @RiftChems i'm sure given the nature of why most people are using that compound they would prefer non-pressed but i don't see it not selling
  5. RiftChems @ RiftChems: is there any market for pressed sr-17018
  6. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: So, it’s capricious and arbitrary to selectively fill some adderall Rx’s but not mine. I told “Jacob” I’d be making a board of pharmacy complaint and he could explain why in my individual case he refused to fill a valid prescription. His store policy can either fill nobody’s and violate contracts with health/drug insurance plans or fill everyone who presents with no clinical suspicion of harm or diversion on an individual basis. Corporate decisions are profit driven; unlawful if medical choice

  12. Ketmaster @ Ketmaster: *don't just tell them the textbook symptoms
  13. Ketmaster @ Ketmaster: Know how to get a script if you don't have ADHD? A vyvanse script at least, read the DSM-V diagnostic criteria and apply the symptoms to either real thing in your life or make up shit, give examples of the symptoms, don
  14. Ketmaster @ Ketmaster: Pretty sure most pharmacies won't honor a prescription from those kinds of services.
