I think the hackers assumed it would be an easy place to mine credit card data, considering they thought transactions go through the site, and the owners of the site can't exactly go to the police. But obviously, their efforts did nothing. Unless they get access to "A"'s personal email, they can't do anything to us.

 
They were probably trying to snap up her meds like they'd be laying around on the desk or something. I'm gonna get me some sweet ass pills here.

I just emailed A about what is going on today? do not expect an answer for at least a day or two although in the past she would get back with you in a matter of minutes!!! New to DBG but old timer at DB. I have tried the www.certussrx.com and www.certusrx.com multiple times with no success. Have they changed their website or is it just down or does it even matter as I, in the past, have just emailed her, told or asked A what I wanted/needed and I would shortly get an email back telling me what she has or did not have and prices. I have not tried to order in quite a while as I was under a local PM doc but I recently moved to an area with one PM doc and it's a beachy - tourist area and must have referrals and stay straight as a board on the program. So need a little "adjustment" occassionally to stay within the dea guidelines. PM if you want to.

I do not quite understand what info hackers could gain from her website, other than taking control of the contact us page and answering emails that were sent using the website. Or am I missing something? Do people place orders on the website? Send CC Info through the website? I have placed 18-20 orders with them and have never even been to their website. Has anyone been given an excuse for an order being late or not sent because of the "hacking"? This vendor is really starting to worry me. I know there are a lot of people on here, including myself, that blow the horn loudly for Cert, but it is time to start paying close attention to what is going on with them.
I with you, topdog, I'm confused about what could happen with the website hacking too....as far as I know nothing happens with the website other than the contacts going thru....so I guess that someone could get the contact, reply with bogus receiver info and then pick up funds....but I think there would be lots of issues about scamming being posted if that was the case???

If anyone knows what happened with their website I'd love to understand it!

I believe they are stealing Money Gram and Western Union MTCN's or receiver's names, etc...to get at the massive amount of money information that flows through their mail server. This could be a possibility...with hackerz, you never know what to expect.

 
i payed for saturday and nothing tried emailing nothing though it is a weekend i know this is just after getting screw for big $ to me from our friend R ..y who sadly i didn't find what was written or this board till after the fact there is only 1 i trust at this point and its one who has a buy beware NOW I AM NOT at all saying this vender is scamming just what has happened so far to me i am hoping now to see something on monday

Hackers are very savvy when it comes to computers and networks, but I do not think they will be around long if they mess with the cartels money.

Anon has threatened the cartels before. It's kinda hard for the cartels to do anything back, since it's all over the internet. These hackers aren't idiots, they wipe away their footprints.

 
Good Morning everyone!

Here's some info I have from emailing with "A". Some is from yesterday, some from conversations in the past couple months that I just reviewed on my email. I'm tossing this out for everyone's benefit given the comments from the last couple days.

I do not claim to know that this is all true - I only know that this is what I've been told by A. I have no special benefit beyond what any of you do, I don't claim to have inside info or "know" her - I just started "chatting" with her one saturday on email and it continued - and it went a little beyond "business" into "personal" info/life. It has all been via email obviously, I've never met her. I guess it's possible that she's not a young girl happy to have a good job and wanting to keep it and to be respected and do well by her clients, but really an 800 lb gorrilla who learned to read and type the English language! It's also possible that I am a naive idiot, and if that's the case, please allow me to soak blissfully in it! I enjoy it /default_rolleyes.gif

So again - take it or leave it, please don't blast me if some doesn't match your experiences; this is simply what I've been told and I am repeating it here as it's been told to me:

*Funds have to be picked up and verified prior to cut off before an order will be shipped. With established customers she will let this slip - but she normally sticks to this rule with newer clients. So if you're a new client and get money in under the wire on a Friday and pay for Saturday delivery - it's probable you won't get Saturday delivery even tho you paid for it. If that happens, she will usually give you a credit on a future order...but no guarantees.

*She was recently ripped off by someone who claimed to be a long time member of DBG. This person talked her into shipping prior to her picking up funds - and there were no funds there for pick up when she tried! Very upsetting to her, and why she isn't trusting of newer clients! She has a "manager" (all the vendors do) and she has to account for these things.

*She is no longer allowed to offer discounts on certain items - given supply/demand issues. The prices are set at levels above her - she doesn't have anything to do with it - she cannot change it. She was previously allowed some discretion with discounts & pricing - that is no longer the case.

*She knows about the situation with dsound - she said she was going to email "that client" on Saturday. She didn't tell me the story and I didn't ask - thats between her and dsound - but it doesn't sound like she is trying to steal money.

*She says she is the only one who answers her email. She thinks that maybe she doesn't sound like herself because she can be "short or cold", and not trying as hard with the language on email when she is very busy or not feeling well. She said she works very hard to be good with English on email, but when she gets really busy or doesn't feel well she can't take the extra time, and it's just about getting the reply out...I've brought it up a couple times with her, and she got bummed and really down on herself about it - she said she wants to be as good with English as her partner is...she says he is way better at English than she is.

*She would like to take some time off - to plan and take a vacation or even be able to call in sick...If this happens, she would have to have someone she trusts to manage her business for her, or she would have to shut down for the time she is away. She did ask me to tell everyone that Memorial Day - Monday May 28 - she will be closed. She will be working Friday before and Tuesday after, but not Monday - she wants everyone to know so they can plan accordingly (Here's my take on this one: As long as her trusted back up does business exactly as she does - I'm fine with this. I think we all deserve a vacation! It's kind of funny to think about it this way...I don't have ONE business relationship where there isn't a back-up for them in the case of vacation or illness - its just that I don't freak out when the backups voice isn't exactly the same!!! LOL).

OK - This is all I find that can answer the questions / comments I saw from the last few days. Again - I am only repeating what info I've been given for the benefit of the board - please don't tell me why its not true or that I'm an idiot, ok? If you have questions about any of it - or want to argue it - please email "A"...

She finally wrote me back on Saturday after about 5 emails from me. She says I shouldn't judge her and she knows about the vendor who is ripping us off and she would never do that. She told me I would have a tracking number on Monday so we will see. I will say that these emails sounded like A. But the previous ones did not.

A has always been the best and friendliest person to deal with by far so I can only hope this continues. From what people are writing it sounds like there is a lot of rip offs and bullshit happening. But I only have one issue with A and she has told me she'll make it up to me so I am taking her word and am hoping for the best.

I take back the do not order from certusrx for now, as I admit to jumping the gun on her based on other vendors ripping us off.

And as far as ANON being Anon. 56 of them were arrested a little while ago. It is not that hard to do their denial of service crap.

When "A" messed up with me, i.e. half an order being suspect pills, she made up for it by sending a full order of the same product(Diff brand, top quality).

If you haven't asked for a new list of products in the last three months you might consider doing so. Certussrx.com is carrying a much more comprehensive list than before.

The new products carry a rather hefty price. Don't know if I can mention any names as "A" may not advertise same products to everyone with the same price based on their order history w/ certain products.

I haven't been having a good experience with this place at all .. she claims the mg isnt there so I have called mg twice and it was picked up 6 days ago .. every time i email about whats going on its always seem i have to restart the story all over again .. last time after repeating myself, she wanted to know the date and TIME it was picked up , well i had already given her the date once so now i called them again to give her the time.. I've tried contacting her since for an update with no luck .. at this point it looks like out another large sum , which will be 2 now in the last few weeks .. puts a bad taste in my mouth for the whole system and how it works down there .. what can I do ? i did what she asked , I sent the money for Saturday delivery Thursday , she promised Saturday shipping then claims the money isn't there to be picked up ..I'm tired of it and at this point there isn't anything more i can do for at her mercy and preparing to take YET another big rip off loss . not saying its her and don't really care at this point cause either way its another big loss for me ..

losing faith and trust in this way of trying to do the right thing they want done and play by there rules , ntrl

I really wish that I was only making all this up but cant even think of a reason why i would do that !

 
'A' from Certussrx will be taking the day off although she will be here briefly for lunch. Then back off. 'R' from Healthproviders will gladly help you with and problems or orders you wish to make.

Update for anyone who cares : A emailed me today after my last mail about an update please ... she told me that MG told her no info was found on the transfer,she of course , using my receiver number . well i sent back saying that isn't what mg told me twice now and that it in fact IT had been picked up days ago , i went on to say , i can see this is going no were fast and to forget about it , i'll just take the huge loss and that it was my mistake in trusting her in the first place . she emailed me back saying she didn't want any troubles and would ship it out today , i sent back a mail saying , don't bother since you say you never received the money and i believe you haven't now since your willing to send , she came back with no its not fair to you at all , i'll ship .. .i called mg for the 3rd time got same answer , had been picked up days ago. they said they could start an investigation but need a lot more receiver info , which of course i don't want to get into at all! so i told A i would send her the funds again , that like her, i'm no crook or scammer and that i was truly sorry for thinking she was one . i even asked her to send me a new receiver and i'd send the funds again that i believed her ..she said back she would speak to the receiver again ( which sounds like to me now, is the bad link in this puzzle) so she has suppose to have shipped today , hope to see something and that should be tomorrow . I did send another email about paying but she hasnt returned as of yet .. But i will make it right , if it still has not been resolved . i will contact her again after i receive and make sure she got the funds . if not some how in another order , if she even wants my business again that is, i will send her the funds . i m not a scammer and i don't believe she is at all either . i do plan on making things fair for her if this receiver does scam her for my own principal if nothing else .. but then probably wont do business with them again , but that is nothing at all personal against A .. I think she is ok and can be trusted , but there is someone else out there imo that cannot . and if no one else believes it , i know its not me , and now i am sure its not her either n my mind anyway .. i think she is a good lady whose caught in the middle sadly enough . sorry to be so wordy and all if you actually read this all .. this whole process is such a crap shoot that gets really really old . so many "traps " and pit falls along the way .

Did you verify that mg didn't cancel it back to you?

Hard to say if its the same situation, but on mine, it appeared to be picked up, mg kept telling me it was picked up, but instead, turned out that they (mg) had canceled it back, and it was awaiting pick up by ME...but under another mtcn!

I'm assumimg you checked this, but I couldn't tell from reading your post, so figured it was worth a shot to ask you about!

Also, mg should be able to tell you who picked it up and where it was picked up (city, store, etc.) This is how I finally got to the bottom of MY situation. They gave me the "pick up" location of where I sent it from! That was my big "huh?" moment LOL

Anyway - just thought I'd toss it out - like I said, it made me crazy going back and forth when I was dealing with it...so I feel for you!
