I went to the site and sent message that way. I don't know (or can't remember) if that links to it or not. But, as far as composing an email on my server to that address, the answer is no. I just ran a quick check. I also sent out emails to 3 others...2 responded. R has delivered every single time, and V is not so hot with communications (well, answering/understanding questions is the problem). Almost sent payment, but lack of response/help freaked me out...so glad I didn't go through. Found a source...just always nice to have another reliable (?) one :)

 
Ali with certusrx is supposed to. E on vacation but back soon. Rick should know when's she's back actually

 
I dont look for her to come back...The smart ones " cash out " at some point. "A" was one of the most honest and organized vendors. I can understand when they get that "feeling" maybe it was some "close call" or who knows. I hope she is not in trouble and wish her well...

I can tell you I had a "close call" a vendor send my package to the wrong address right down my street. In my area,if you dont use your name you might not get the letter released to you. We had a streak of package thefts. A person was following the brown truck around and nabbing the packages off the front of the place they were left, So UPS started dropping the packages off at a neighbors house. Some of the Old folks would not even read the name and just open the package..Thats why its so important to have a vendor with descrete packaging...I took several months off so to speak...We have a new UPS driver now and he just leaves the letter at the base of your door,,Still I can remember that sinking feeling when I learned the package was left at a not so friendly neighbor and I had to go get it from them and see it was opened..Fortunately the inner package was not...It still freaked me out ... And if I lose a package because I did not use my name, then thats just part of it..NEVER use your name ...NEVER....

I guess I'm stupid but what name do you use? Just something made up? Do you use the same fake one over and over? As far as I know this is something I've not seen discussed on the board. What do you all do for name on ups package? If you aren't comfortable answering / no biggie.

 
I have ordered many imes from this vendor. Other than a quanity problem, which was quickly fixed. I have had 0 problems with "A" or her current replacement.

 
She's baaaaaaaaaack...lol Got an email from A saying she's ready to get back to work & wanted me to try her out since its been a while. (She said she'd be sending out a mass email soon btw - I think she may be adjusting some product/shipping costs) Anyways, I was hesitant but I have grown to like her & believe she really wants to get it together. She commited to follow through personally on the package's arrival so I went for it. Order placed 8/6 1:20PM (EST) with overnight shipping; TN # arrived 11:53pm (EST) but was not active until VERY late (like 4am EST) so I went to bed hoping did the right thing; Thankfully the package arrived today 8/7 10:15am (EST) - Yay for A :)

 
she is back guys. received order from her today less than 24 hr turnaround...

I have to agree w/this so far. Just had my 2nd order w/A since her 'grand reopening' & it went perfectly IMO. Order placed on 8/9 for overnight delivery. Fast/clear communication for the order & transfer. TN rec'd around 8pm EST (Pls note I use MyUps so that part was automatic, BUT I will say it went from 'A Label Has Been Created' to 'In Transit' more quickly than usual which helped me sleep easier so she got points for that). Package arrived this morning 8/10, nice & early around 10:00am (EST). Hopefully this will continue! We'll have to see what happens when the volume gets back up there again but I'm rooting for her and, for now, I'm happy, she's happy, hopefully everyone else here is happy, etc.

Btw I'm a fan of specials - coupons, discounts, promo codes, instant rebates, whatever, I'm up for it. Love that ish lol. All things would have to be equal obviously, but they might be a tiebreaker for me bw 2 equally trustworthy outlets w the same products. I'm surprised I haven't seen them before (except for free 1st-time shipping which is nice for 1st-timers but does nothing for longtime customers). I dunno maybe there's a reason they don't stick...Well for now keep em coming A & thanks for coming through on a Happy Friday :D

 
Placed an order with A early Friday , still haven't got tn for my Monday delivery . Hope everything works out

 
I'd shoot her another email just to make sure she got it. Did she confirm? She's always confirmed with me. If she confirms you're good to go. Also I posted about this is healthproviders but everytime I've ordered Friday for Monday strange things happen with my TN. Last time there were no scans until it delivered. I'm sure she'll get back to you. She's one of the best

 
I hope so ,yes she did confirm with me and told me I will have tn by 10 pm are all her shipments ups . If it didn't go out Friday than I probably won't have it mon before 10 30

 
I've only gotten ups from her but that doesn't mean she doesn't use something else too. Some people think its bad to "bother" the vendors with too many email. If you are expecting something and she hasn't gotten back you I think it's fine to email her again. Keep in mind it's Saturday and early still for her so it may take her a bit to get back to you but I'd emAil her again just tocheck.

Also if you sign up for ups my choice they notify you when a package is headed your way. For me this alleviates a lot of stress. You'd know right now if you were receiving something and wouldn't have to wait on a tn from her. It's free btw.

 
Has anyone heard from A in past 24h . I had a great communication with her until yesterday when I was promised to get a TN.

 
Most vendors, including A, rarely check emails during the weekend. The earliest I would expect to hear back would be late tomorrow evening (maybe 8pm PST). I am speaking from experience on this one, however I would still send an email detailing your concern in case she does check today or early tomorrow.

As far as shipping goes, if you have signed up for My Choice, but did not receive an email yesterday with a TN, it did not ship. Realistically, the soonest to expect a delivery would be on Tuesday. I know this sucks, I've been there a few times myself, but the worst part for me is not knowing. If you don't hear from A until Monday morning, it's not because she is ignoring your emails, she probably just has not checked them yet. Don't worry, if you ordered from her, you will receive your product. Though I know hearing that now probably isn't much solace. Keep everyone updated here, OK? And good luck.
