Sent email to "'A" yesterday afternoon but no reply as of 9:30 PST today, anyone else here waiting on reply? Maybe they celebrate the 4th too (not sure why). Obviously no orders will go out today, just wanted to make sure she's using same MG receiver so I can send funds tomorrow AM.

They won't reply until about 10am PST TOMORROW.
they are taking today off for the 4th.

 
You may hear from her. They had shipper issues again. I missed cutoff by 3 minutes on Monday. Argh. Then last night never got a TN. Weird. Btw this with R not A. Anyway I just received an email from him saying once again my order did not go out so I won't receive Thursday either. Looks like Friday now since UPS is closed today and it most likely won't be shipped until Thursday.

Of course he apologized and promised to make it up to me. He always fixes it but I'm beginning to think we should not count on packages shipping on time and allow 2-3 days extra. Not a huge issue if planned for but aggravating nonetheless.

 
Either way I'm pretty sure they are both working now because they have to fix all of the messed up orders. R told me he was trying to take today off and now cant. I feel bad for the guy. Obviously since this happening with lots of vendors it a shipper issue and not the vendors themselves.

You can message me if you want, but she was still using the same moneygram receiver from my last order that was placed about two weeks ago. MKCO My order was placed last Thursday and picked up on Tuesday. You never know though, it could have already changed with the issues they are experiencing.

 
Anyone get any email replies from "A" today? Trying to verify some info for another order and haven't gotten responses from last 2 emails.

 
Placed an order yesterday. Got a thank you email but nothing since then. Ordered for next day(today). Seems like everyones orders are not going out for the shipping times they paid for. I will update if I hear anything today about shipping issues etc...

Same here as most of you guys. Order placed Thurs AM for shipment today. Got a thank you email on Thurs saying my TN would be sent but never was & order obv never received. Today I've heard nothing...I know holiday weeks are dicey but still I'd hope to get an update...

 
First, let me say that until now, I have NEVER had any issues with Certex. I have been placing an order every six weeks. "A" has been very good to me.

I haven't logged on in a while because my life has been so hectic. However, because of the problems I am having with this order, I decided to log on to the forum to see if anyone else was. OH MY. Mine started with - I sent MG LAST MONDAY (missed cut off of course). "A" and I had sent a couple of emails back and forth. She sent one that said - could not ship Monday - tried to ship Tuesday but (you know the "shipper") was closed early for July 4 holiday? Got an email saying it would go out Thursday for Friday delivery (I had paid for two day ship but with them being behind, would have to ship over night)

I never even asked for a TN but "A" sent me one. I was very, very upset when the TN did not work! This was Thursday - my time 11:30 PM!! I emailed several times yesterday and never heard anything back again. I will be out of "this med" Sunday so I guess after then, no sleep for me! I'll keep this post "up to date" and will advise what happens.

That sucks. I'm sorry. I had similar problem with R. At least he has been in some kind of contact though. Sounds like she hasnt even answered emails. This is why I switched my business a few months ago. I started having communication problems with her too. I ordered a package on Monday before cutoff but he said I missed it. In his defense I cut it really close but after that the order cascaded in a ridiculous cluster-fk. I finally have it coming today but truthfully I hounded him about it and reminded him how much business I've given him.

Usually I try not to bother them too much but sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

 
Just wanted to follow up, I did receive my order today, Sat (order placed Thurs, supposed to arrive Fri) Like I said, holiday weeks/weekends tend to be tough & I def need to got on my game as far as planning goes to try to avoid them better on my end. I wanted to give A credit though for getting my order to me on a Sat. Hope other ppl's issues are on the road to being resolved as well. ☮

 
I am also waiting for a TN. Though I am not really concerned, never had more than a minor delay with this iop. Be patient, it could be worse after all. You could be sitting in a parking lot, waiting for dude's friend to show back up, for like six hours... this beats that scenario any day! I can't even imagine how busy she must be, with all of us sending in orders, besides whoever else has found this wonderful source from other areas of the web. "A" will come through fo rus, just wait and see.

 
Placed order Thurs for Friday. Got tn way late last night. Received early today. Some frustration but A came thru for me.

 
I will have to say that in the end, A gets it done! Though things were "incorrect," just like Sunny1, I got mine today - Saturday! I've been all upset because I never thought they would send for Saturday delivery. Oh well, I have my order - that's all that matters now.

So here we have it:

Sent MG - 7/2

Shipped - 7/5 OR 7/6

Delivered - 7/7

Note - Holiday in the middle of the week.
