Hey people. So I did finally get my shoes from miss A. Late and nothing extra but all there and undamaged which was good since recently things have been smashed. Anyway, I have to say to everyone that A has been awesome about 90% of the time so when she's off and things are late and there's no communication and bad excuses it just feels weird and unlike her. I feel like she may be on a vacation or something and her backup is running things. It just don't feel like sweet A no more. But certus will come through in the end even if you get frustrated and the orders aren't moving like we want. It's happened to me a few times.

Lesson here is what the veterans have been saying. DO NOT WAIT until your shoes are gone! Order new shoes in plenty of time so that in case there is an issue you're covered. Because there WILL be an issue at some point guaranteed no matter what and its out of our control and it sucks but that's the way of it.
You mention a concern that a few of us have "On vacation and using her back up". While I have never used A (J&R are my vendors) I have noticed at times it seems like a completely different person is using their email.

Finally got my shoes today from Thursday. Order was completely wrong. I agree it's somebody new not our sweet A. They told me no new shoes until I return the old ones. Really frustrating and I'm out of stock and now safety stock.

 
Order arrived, less than 24 hours! She mentioned yet another change to her e-mail address. What is the deal?

 
My preferred vendors have updated their email a few times. I like it.... makes me feel more secure...I love a false sense of security.

There are several GOOD vendors out there now that are simply out performing the folks from A and R's group. I think they have reached their servicable customer count. Now you see a lot of delayed orders and mistakes.

Its really too bad, as I can remember when she was the very best out there,
I agree as when I first started ordering, Long story short, I was supposed to be the last customer that they took on. However, I think that they have continued to add customers. "A" works long, hard hours from what I understand and they don't need to keep adding.

I ordered overnight yesterday (after cut off) and I have sent several emails about the MG#, etc. with no reply! Yes, I am worried.

 
Correction - I just got an email!!! One more minute - that's all I should have waited!

Has A changed her email again? I haven't ordered for about six weeks and was using the current addy at that time. Thanks for any replies.

 
@yayaya, bijuu or dr650r, have you heard from A? I haven't heard of another new email from the last change. How long has it been since youve contacted?

The email addy I used last week and today was her gmail one she changed to a couple months ago...She's come through perfectly everytime recently. She's been even more attentive than usual the past couple weeks I believe. I don't know what's different from eveyone else's experience but she's been nothing but 100% lately!

 
Yes, she was 100% on my last order, however, two days late on the one before that.  The last 7 out of 9 of my orders have had some "issue" and I don't receive TNs and those orders have been late.  

I had my WU information to her yesterday morning, way before the west coast was awake.  She responded right at 9am her time that I would receive a TN last night.  I don't stay up late enough for that to come in (it is usually 11pm or later my time) so I trusted her.

This morning, NO PACKAGE, NO TN and I am one very, very unhappy customer.  The fact I have been with "A" for over 3.5 years and order every couple of weeks really makes this even more evidence of her either having so much business she isn't putting in the care anymore, can't handle the business or something else is awry.  Either way, I am really disheartened to not be able to trust her anymore.  

I am switching back to Jim as my main supplier but I know I will need one of the SY peeps as a backup for when orders run late from the other side of the world.  Who is being really reliable right now?  (Yes, I'll go read the threads, but as I said, I am unhappy and hoping one of you can help me out). 

She responds to the gmail address, by the way, for those of you questioning email.  I think she has had this email for several months now....

She said there was some sort of accident yesterday that delayed everyone's orders but she is making it up to me by sending it overnight today. Even though it wasn't a mess up because I'm receiving tomorrow, that's the first time out of over 100 for me that there was a slight delay... Either way, she makes sure your order gets to you. She's still #1 in my book!

 
I communicated with A today and she explained her situation to me much more clearly.  I now feel much more understanding towards her, although, it does mean I will have to make sure that I am ordering several days ahead of when I need my package.

Namaste, until this past summer, I would have also reported well over 100 successful orders with A (3 yrs times 2/month).  It was over the summer that things changed and now I have a much better understanding of why; she is juggling a lot right now, not just her business.

She DOES always make sure you get your order - I do want to make that clear!  It is just frustrating to go from a service to which you could almost set your watch to one where you never know if the TN/pack will actually show in the amount of time you paid for it to.

My advice (and I'll be taking it myself) is to give yourself a good 4-5 days in ordering before you are in real need.  That way you can save in your shipping costs and be happily surprised when she comes through with her former reliability.  I would not have been with her this long, nor continued after the past few months' experiences if I didn't think she was the most compassionate of all of the ones out there.   /default_wink.png

 
Has anyone else had their prices go up in the last 2 weeks? Mine was unusually high recently.

Just seemed a bit odd.

  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)

T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety,etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.

Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
