How rude of me! I should have posted some feedback instead of just reporting. Anyway, As Sherwood states, A is on top of it most definitely! She works with people, is very courteous, and really knows how to handle business. This is why she is very well liked and successful. No excuses, no dropping the ball. She does what she says she will do end of story.

You are so right! All my communication with her has been positive and professional. And so far she's delivered her promises and then some. My order went out on time, TN arrived last night aroud 8pm and I'm expecting package this am. Awesome!

Order placed with A Wednesday morning (10am PST), some back-and-forth emails regarding miscommunication regarding order and cost which then resulting in her shipping for free, TN sent/received Wednesday night (8pm PST), order received Thursday morning (10am PST). What amazing service! I couldn’t be more satisfied. My only regret is I didn’t find A earlier.

Ok ordered arrived! Ordered on Tuesday 14 Feb 12, arrived 16 Feb 12 and I only required 2 day shipping which she gave me free and ordered after cutoff on the 14th! This is lightening speed as far as I am concerned and above and beyond service wise. She is a pleasure to talk to and to deal with and NO DRAMA...will be using her for as long as she is in business. Product all top quality and each individual product in it's own little house. I was so relaxed about this she had to email me for my address as I had forgotten to give it to her!

What a great place. Ordered this morning amd 30 minutes before cutoff realized I transposed a digit in reference number. Fired off an email to A and asked if she could fix my mistake and still make cutoff time and she did!! And she did it cheerfully!

While I am singing praises-Someone, I believe it was earlier in this thread, went on and on about how happy he was that he signed up for My UPS. It is free so I signed up myself. Just an hour ago I got an email from My UPS and it said that I had a pkg coming tomorrow by 10:30 AM. This is hours before A will be sending out Tracking Numbers. After my mistake this morning knowing that pkg is in the pipeline is a relief. Not having to wait for tracking numbers is great. Any time I have a pkg coming my way I am notified by MY UPS. I love this service!

Everything was and is accounted for. I had a few broken tabs, but no big deal. Quality on everything so far seems to be top notch, but I have yet to try all the different brands and meds that I got... /default_biggrin.png

This place is the first "Mexican Pharmacy" I've ever used, so as you could imagine I was having panic attacks all the way until I opened the package to see what looked like 100%, Real, Genuine, top notch medications!!! But, just to be sure, I had to try one right away...and indeed they are 100% real.

So, if anyone has been thinking of ordering from this place, or any other "Mexican" sites, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vendor, http://certussrx.com/. The whole email back and forth answering my questions about this, that and the other thing before I placed my order, was very nice and pleasant. Then I just emailed what I wanted, when and got a moneygram order, sent the moneygram info, waited a little over 36 hours (because I missed the cutoff on Wednesday), and BAM! I got my order at my doorstep! And it really is that easy folks! Gotta Love It!!! I know I do!
