I've been following the whole recent banter regarding A, but I gotta say, she appears to really have it together and coming from a mom of a 3 1/2 year old....just "whoa"..

Beyoncé is not Gandhi, but I just had a flash of her song/quote "girls, who runs the world?"...no dis to all the hardworking single or not single hard working dads...no matter your gender, you gotta admit, "A" clearly has her "sh$t together" much more than many I see or read about.

That's just great for you FG and other happy customers!

 
I personally do not have one ounce "of a bad thing" to say about "A" -- I used her for a long time but because $ got tight, I had to go to a vendor in the UK that took Credit cards. An order got "stuck somewhere" (if you know what I mean). I emailed "A" and she remembered me from a YEAR AGO. It's nice to have backup such as "A" - she was always on her game and still is!

 
  Anyone get tn or order from yesterday? I got very early Mychoice alert, Went to track it today and said, "cancelled by sender", that's a first for me. Would appreciate any input. Like most here I am a long time satisfied customer, I think that's why there's not much activity on this thread, most of us get great service and is alwasy consistent. 

  Would appreciate any imput.

@jjt6: Yes, I ordered yesterday and just received today. As ordered, all accounted for.

I've never encountered the label as you mentioned above. I would definitely give her a shout today! Update us please and let us know how it works out!

Also, I hear what you're saying about this thread: no issues, no posts! I realized it several weeks ago and decided to start taking the time to post again, giving the kudo's as she deserved (and as other great vendors here normally receive).

  Hey FG, seems like 1 item was out of stock so order was cancaled. Contacted A this morning and was asked what I wanted for replacement, said order would be sent today for tomorrow. This is 2nd time recently but it was the first time I got the Mychoice message,"order cancalled", that's why I got concerned.

   As you know A always comes through although communications seem to be limited to 1 Question and 1 response by staff. However she always comes through and that's the important thing. Just have to get used to the idea that there is about a 1-2 hour window to get any orders in, questions answered and problems resloved or else it's the next day.I'm not looking for a penpal, but Once again, A always comes through and corrects problems. 

 
I ordered yesterday using 2 day delivery and my package is on its way! Hopefully, jjt6 and I will both receive tomorrow! I'll keep the board updated.

 
I'm having "issues" with my regular vendor.  A's website is not working the the moment.  Can someone message me an email address.

  I received but had a little "hicup", Contacted A late afternoon and got immediate response, problem will be resloved today. 

   Like others have mentioned there is a chain process that goes from vendor to delivery, several hands are involved from start to finish. To me the important thing is having a vendor like A that can track down and correct problem quickly. I have probably had more from delivery service than anything else. Some of the strangest problems, from package delivered to same address is another town, to left at neighbore door at 8;30 at night. 

  This one was really close to being a disaster but I just got saved from a friend to get me by.  I mean really close.

 
@Lucy - I made a post under AEC and basically, my order was finally released after over 2 weeks (I have never had this happen - with some OLD IOP's I did receive some "Love letters" from ports but never stuck for more than two weeks!) - reship with changes on it's way! Of course if it get's here I will pay them.

On the "A" side, I explained to her my situation and told her I would stay more in touch.

 
At the risk of sounding like a rally girl for "Team A", just another post to say order received - on time and as ordered.

I'm trying to get ahead on my ordering, so I don't have another Holiday Season like last year! Last year, with my travel schedule and finances and all, I was limited as to when I could order, and as bad luck would have it, both my Thanksgiving and my Christmas orders were delayed, so my holidays were miserable! I'm trying to avoid that this year, so I'm ordering as much ahead of schedule as I can!!

So far, things have been great, but I'm not going to get too comfortable. We know all the things that can happen "down stream" from our vendor' s customer service folks (shipping, courier delays etc).

I have a lot of faith in my vendor, tho, and I'm happy to report things are going really well for me with A lately.

  I'm trying to do the same thing FG, I know how the holidays can go. Just seem to be off to an unlucky start. Ordered last Tuesday, and still have no idea if order will arrive Monday. My area gets delivery between 2:15 and end of day, usually around 4-5 but has come as late as 7pm. So If it doesn't arrive, that means trying to reorder tuesday for wed, seems very close to Turkey day. It's not vendors fault just a seires of bad luck and timing, out of product, that was a days delay, than got wrong order, now it's Thrusday, vendor fixed Friday morning and I found out there's no Sat delivery in my area. I have never had this happen so I don't know if Mychoice would send message tonight for Monday, which it didn't. I think A sent Sat delivery. I know she will and has done everything possible to fix, but with 3 days supply left and Holiday next week is really putting pressure on. 

  I'm really trying hard to not project the worst, but it's hard at times. So right now I'm thinking, I'm fine tonight so don't think any fruther, nothing I can to about it tonight so just trying to get it out of my mind and enjoy tonight.  feeling better just talking about it. Hope you guys have a good night and a good Holiday, I better stop now or I'll start watching the Weather channel to give me something else to worry about.  Good Night, going to catch up on Breaking Bad.

 
jjt6- If it is due to arrive on Monday, you will get mychoice delivery alert the day before. I truly sympathize because I have been in your situation several times and it sucks!! Like you said, it is not A's fault but it hurts her business when these sorts of things happen! Just think positively! I know it is easier said then done...

  Thanks Lucy, that's great to hear, may get notice Sunday night. I hope this doesn't hurt A's business. She has done all that is possible and even contacted me on "off" hours, like the old days. she pulls a lot of weight with this group but sometimes thimgs are out of her hands, she has always fixed. BTW, these are rare situations, most of the time it's 3 emails within an hour and all is well.

  Hey Lucy, I did get notice Sunday night and everything turned out fine today. Gotta say it again, A always comes through. There's a lot of hands between order and delivery but A will get through it and make it right no matter where the problem is. Don't get me wrong, I rarely have any problems, smooth as silk most orders but when there's a hitch A will stay with it and come through

If you accidentally type in centrusrx one s short; you may receive an answer that is quite peculiar. You may be asked "Who is so and so"

Then proceeded with the correct email address.
