No. November 12th I put in an order. You were in contact the 14-15th. Said it shipped. I contacted you December 4th….no pack. You said wait a little longer. I contacted you again December 21 stating nothing has arrived. You asked if I had received a tracking number and I said no, and gave you my session ID name, and then you stated you lost a phone and lost a lot of old order information. I asked well now what and never heard back.

My order with you was about half that.

Will sort it out. I remember last year i had about 3-4 unsuccessful deliveries, but the success rate was above 95% which was not bad. Will sort out all those packages lost. Sorry if you finally never had the package.
