Interesting how so many got burned by Pharmacity and Clubalp? In four years they have never once did me wrong, or I would be the first to let you know. Many people have received their gear. I don't understand the inconsistency with this topic? Their product has been top notch. I live in Texas, I damn sure don't know those guys in Argentina. I do know they changed to a preferd, or a select customer base when they changed to Clubalp. They had trouble with people trying to screw them as well. Liars would say they didn't receive and ask for a reship. I think this is why they went to a customer base they didn't have those problems with. WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO SIGN AND THERE IS A FREE RESHIP SCAMMING WORKS BOTH WAYS.

I assure you that any information you think you are bestowing is already well known... the question is how would you know theychanged to a prefered customer base? Ca does not communicate that way... never has. My best advice is to join another board... everyone here has went through the mud with this vendor..it was good for a lond time.... I promise you one persons story will not change any of these enlightened minds... bridge burnt

Hey I'm one of those cry babies I too used to do business with club alp till they took my money and didn't even ship the order no LL nothing then months later about 3 or 4 I get half of what I paid for out of the blue I contacted them and they assured me the missing order was reshipped in whole so I went ahead and placed another order they only sent me half of that order so now I'm still beat out of a whole order I have tried contacting them about this numerous times with no reply then I received an LL in the beginning of December, my first ever by the way in 10 years of ordering so I tried contacting them to let them know I got an LL from something they sent me my last order was in August and no LL till December and then I try to contact them at least 6 times about it with no reply going on three months since I received the LL come on give me a break I used to use clubalp like clockwork until they decided to ship half of what I paid for and then ignore my inquiries... I have said it in all my posts on clubalp nothing but the trueth and the trueth is they owe me a whole entire order of 360 tabs and they ignore me that's why they ate on the black list and their gonna stay there! Sorry but it's the sad trueth what once was a reliable vendor went down hill very fast! If their so legit where are the products they owe me and at least 4 other members and why do they not reply to anyone's emails? If you don't like the trueth this isn't the board for you my friend cause that's all that your gonna get on here is the reality of who is reliable and who's not if you call that being a crybaby then I guess we are all a bunch of cry babies then oh well that really hurts a lot less than the $$$ clubalp stuck me for!!!

 
I have to say after reading the last post it gives me some pause about sending them any future orders. I don't get this whole deal. Why some get screwed and other don't? I really don't completely trust any of these bastards 100% until I see a package in the mail.  I miss the old days when you could order from Florida and have your package shipped Fed-Ex.

Look like the dummies at Club Alp finally realized that the more they post the more the topic is responded to and read by others. Anywho..it would be very easy to send a package out with a LL inside. The only thing that would have to be forged is the tape that they use. I am not saying they are doing this but just my 2 cents.

 
So I'm guessing to believe the people who have led me in the right direction the whole time so club alp does not belong on black list ???curious looking for trusted vender for some hard to gets
