Hey guys.. long time follower on this thread specific. ClubALP has come through for me time and time again... however the communication has dwendlled lately then the site went down I guess Arlington August 9th. My last order never came through so I requested the reship which has never been a problem. I filled out the reship verification and then the site dissapeared... funny thing is I send the emails to support @ClubALP and get no mail reject notice.... I would appreciate a pm of that other email. Appears we are all in the same boat... sigh

 
I'm disappointed their site went down and they are blacklisted. My reship came in today, and they have ALWAYS been good to me.

 
Their site is not back up %100 yet but when you put the Address in it brings up a clubalp page that says they are experiencing technical difficulties and to email them at support@clubalp.org if you have any questions. I kinda knew that they weren't going to close up like that but they are having trouble with customs because I ordered a month ago & still haven't received any packages yet, they said they were gonna reship and I believe that I will eventually receive my order in full it might just take a few more weeks if they reshipped this week, they have never done me wrong till now and I don't think it's their fault I really do think it's customs but I guess only time will tell but if I end up receiving my reshipped order I would say that they should not be on the black list but at the same time this is the first time that my whole order has not showed and it's not like its been 3 weeks it's been over a month and with my past orders, if the order dosnt come in full it mite have 1 package that needs to be reshipped this is the first time I haven't received any parts of my order but I'm given them the chance to fix it. We're gonna have to wait a week or two more & see if we start to receive our reshipments???

 
If you get a reship email from them, it will definitely be reshipped. Mine took 16 WORKING days.

When I sent my email to support@ClubALP I later got the reject notice. Anyone having any luck with that? I truly believe this site will be back up just a matter of when... sucks its kinda cutting my life line for now.

Got the same email yesterday. And my first LL ever today...done with this iop. Not even requesting a reship

 
I got the same email they said that once the site is back up they will be able to tell me if they reshipped my order yet. It's been a month and I still have not received anything from them & it's usually a 3 part order and not one package received yet. After the first response we got from them they told me they were losing a lot of packages to customs and that if I didn't receive any part of my orderby that Friday/end of that week they would reship my order, this was almost 2 weeks ago. I sent them an email saying I didn't receive by the end of that week as they asked me to do and they responded and said that they were reshipping my order this was 2 weeks ago! I never had to fill out any forms as u would usually do for a reship? I don't doubt that they were having trouble with customs and they were/are shipping but they said it would get worked out? Anyway still waiting on my entire order I understand iop's take time but a month is usually enough time to start receiving, now im getting low on my stock & will be in the danger zone by the end of the week. On top of all this confusion my good friend wanted to place his own order so that he an have his own supply so he sent them a large amount of cash for one of the orders I had pending, I advised him against doing this but he wanted to do it and honestly I thought I would have started to receive my order by now. I informed clubalp of this and they asked to have him email the WU details. I don't want to see him lose money but like he said they have always came through for me in the past this is the first time I have not received any of my order. Idk what do you guys think? I think I'm gonna tell him to wait untill either my order starts to show or other members start receiving again because I do think that they will get back up and running as well as clear their back log the question is how much longer isit going to take them? Hopefully they get back to normal operating condition soon or I'm gonna have to switch vendors.

Site is back up however my login they are saying does not exsist... I forwarded my previous emails from them.... hope the fix this.... a little mad right now.

 
I had the same problem, I could not login and it said that my email address was not valid. I sent them an email and a message through contact us on the website. I have been waiting for my last order for over a month now, this is the first time that I have placed a multi package order and did not receive any of the packages. I sent them a message asking if the order had been reshipped. I'm hoping it's just a glitch in their site that they can work out. Otherwise I got a shipping conf. email over a month ago and nothing showed from them not even an LL and now I can't access my account, isnt looking good! I have only had to have one package reshipped out of all of my orders with them combined and untill this past order I received 100% of all my other orders. I know that they have been having problems with their site and some other stuff but come on now. I'm trying to be as patient as possible but after a full month and nothing this is really starting to frustrate me. I'm hoping that they already reshipped the order and if they havent reshipped yet I hope they will do so ASAP. I like this vendor and they always have done rite by me, I'm just hoping to get my order and soon. I'm guessing that no one else that ordered in July has been receiving anything either from what I've been reading. Has anyone else ever ordered from clubalp and not received any of the 3 packages and needed their whole order reshipped if so how long did this take? For now I'm gonna have to go back to saying that no one should be sending them any cash untill we start to receive our orders. If anyone has ever had these sort of problems that I'm having with them as far as not receiving anything out of a $400 order please PM me and let me know what ended up causing the problem and if it was resolved in a timely manner?

 
Yeah once I get a response I'm going to ask them to make up for my emotional distress... maybe a few extra goods with the order.

So my may and early June packs were reshipped in July. My first LL ever came this week. So if you are frustrated over a month late...try waiting since may... When I log in the site it only shows my old orders. Not the reshipped ones. They are not answering my emails. I've had dozens of successful orders prior to this. With the LL and all not sure to pursue a reship, getting frustrated with this once reliable source. The LL proves they reshipped but the lack of communication is a bit concerning :(

 
I was just thinking that if they lost all of my info for my account there is no way that they could have reshipped my order like they said they were going to do how would they even know the order number aside from me giving it to them and even then how would they know what was supposed to be shipped in the order? Obviously they lost all of our info if we are unable to log in.

 
Can someone please pm me somelegit site. I would prefer one that has the consultation and can give me a legit script for handles or bulk. I know about sl and Ambar. Ned reliable source

  12. xenxra @ xenxra: @CalFresh if you are able to DM me (in a secure manner) the transactions associated with your btc theft, i can look into that part for you at least. i;m still 99% certain if the fbi didn't discard my leads they could have gotten some of my coins back and considering you had your coins stolen within the us, you have a much better chance of recovery than me. unless they went through mixers i could probably trace them myself.
