coinbase help

@Nicholas2323 dude when I did mine both front and back of pic ID has to be perfect. And if you have a driver liscence make sure you pick that option .I only have a State issued ID card to had to click a separate box. Try taking the picture with a black or dark background that helps. It took me a half hour of picture taken to get approved.

Hope this helps ,somehow your id isn't getting verified.

Thanks for your help. When I click driver's license icon, it doesn't give me the option to upload, but just says try again. I can't keep trying because it won't let me upload anything. It did before, but now it won't. Can't get any help from coinbase support.
