Interesting selection but the prices make me hesitate.Curious if anyone’s taken the plunge?

I have think they might be successor of quasar. But just a guess.
 
I have been ordering from them regularly (1-2 times a week) for 3 months now and the experience has been ambivalent. Generally this is legit shop with fairly priced products that are legal in Germany from where they ship from. The only real downside is shipping and their reaction to worries and complaints.
Drop off at dhl has been agonisingly slow in some cases. In other cases it’s totally fine. Additionally the contact is just as unreliable. Worst part for me was some false promises/claims on their website. The experience has been unreliable.

However, shipping seems to be faster and more reliable since July. They claim that they have more people helping out. So maybe things will be alright.


Product quality: 4.5/5 (haven’t had everything)
Price: 4/5 (I get the PHM complaints and it is kind off expensive. I am sure the prices will drop. Especially regarding the popularity they have gained due to PHM)
Shipping; 1/5 (before July) 3.5/5 (since July)

UPDATE: Shipping has changed for the better. They have changed their website and other small updates and now the structures the owner has promised to be in place by july seem to finally work. Shipping has gone from 1 week from confirmation (domestic GER) til delivery to 1 day. Every single standard order has been shipped on the same day before pickup times from DHL and delivered the next day. They also added express options (also Saturday delivery). This update is here Just for my review to be fair. Shipping has been nothing more than perfect on the vendors site and I hope this will stay like this. Hope this helps :)
