Pops are used as a breakthrough pain reliever for those who need something really strong. I've never had them but did try fent patches and didn't like the effect personally. A hair dryer would increase the amount released, but since they are supposed to last about 3 days if using as prescribed, that would just leave one short. With Jewy saying the vendors don't expect to have any I imagine its a moot point. I just wanted to explain the reason for the pops but tend to stray from the intended subject as most already know.

Hey Jewy,

That's good to know, but probably for the best (for me anyway) They appeared on a recent vendor's list that I received and did not have the "out of stock" next to them, not that that means much, or that I have the coin to shell out almost a c-note just for one patch.

Yet there is something that makes mouth's water just thinking about something that's like 1000x more powerful than morphine, measured in micro grams because it's so potent.

As a pharmacy operator yourself you may appreciate this. There was a great comic in the New Yorker. It was a picture of heaven- an open, fully stocked pharmacy with the words "self serve" displayed above. If I ever get to that pharmacy I'm heading straight to the patches and pops.

Maybe I'm misinterpreting your comment or taking it out of context, but may I ask why you are of the opinion that I'm a "pharmacy operator"? My professional activities are fairly well documented.

I don't know that I've ever really been jealous of women until now. So, what you're saying here is that women can earn a living just by wearing their underwear and then selling them online?! I guess I should have said as a magical, mysterious and metaphorical beach bar and pharmacy operator. I like to think of your pharmacy much like the self-serve pharamcy of heaven. I'd probably get kicked out by your security staff  though for self-serving myself most of your inventory. Greedy bastard

Oh man, I raided the beach pharm last night and I have headache today. The night ended great, but chemically resembling 99's hot pic over in sales-meds. This morning, post pharm-raid, the resemblance turned out to be more likened to, well, a female wookie. I wonder if there  are hot female wookies? And are they hot ony to wookies, or also to humans? Cuz even then I wouldn't want to wake up next to one of them (again).

So this is an old thread but Im bored and full of energy so I figured I would throw out my opinion on the original question that this thread posed. Dilly is pretty much pointless unless used IV. It has extremely low oral bioavailability (like om), roughly 50% nasal, and I have had some luck plugging this med which many people may be opposed too but it beats using the ole hooter due to this area of your body having literally millions times more bloods vessels than your nose. So if you want to try this medication (Dilly) and are not an IV use then plugging is going to give you a a very nice effect!! I would recommend the same with OM... too bad they quit making the blue 5s and pinkish/red 10s... those were the best and I used to get em dirt cheap from a cat who didn't realize he has a gold mine of a script!! Just got some generics that are very similar to the retired stop sign ERs... when extracted properly these can be plugged also for a very nice effect!! But both of the morphones your pretty much wasting with oral use... don't expect anything exciting... you will prolly feel nothing at all...

I don't plug. Can't do it. But agreed…taken orally, a total waste of time and money. And it ain't cheap either.

Not even sure why they make it for oral use. It's hard to find amps of it, so to IV or IM you have to do some home brewing. This is out of my league. 

The big D in the hospital though, best thing ever.

T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety,etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.

Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
