Doctor Faustus

Placed order 13 days ago, , the only tracking I got was label created, shipper awaiting item, emailed him numerous times and he has been stringing me along, saying package will arrive 3 or 4 different times and iit never did, it’s obvious he printed the label and package was never dropped off, I think he is running out of product and taking the orders anyway,, he needs to step up and make things right, I wouldn’t place an order with him till these issues get resolved.

He's completely ghosted me after usually answering within a few minutes. I'd ordered his 'famous pure Roxi powder', a Q, for just under a $G. Which would LITERALLY save my life due to the spot he's put me in. Smoke and mirrors, those tracking numbers are beat. They've all found a new caveat at beating the system and I.D to give false security. Then vanish.

If I'm wrong, @DoctorFaustus , I ask you to retort, explain and ensure my order, now.
 
@JerriBlank there is a certain fast phone number that does not ever show up on ID regardless of who I subscribe to. The area code is typically nine two seven.

I have no number because he won’t give me one. So no idea if that applies to me. I’ve just been told it’s en route a hundred times, which I don’t believe it is. Unless something is lost, it shouldn’t take 2 weeks to arrive. Don’t know what to do at this point. Looks like I’m not the only one.
 
Sorry to hear about that @JerriBlank i misunderstood. I sure know how that feels though. Went through same thing with someone else and waited 2 weeks to get the number and multiple people were in the same boat. Hope others will hold off jumping in the water until they see resolution.
 
So as of now after being shorted of my initial order and then donating again, the doctor claims everything was in the mail then says I need to pay more money to not get candies with xyl@ in it? Um wut? Replace the dirty 10 pink m30 fulfill the entirety that I ordered and send the the rest overnight. This is dirty business and I don't like it. I would have settled for any equivalent to the amount that I had paid as long as it's F and xyl@ free. Fix this DR. Seems as though you've been having an entirely huge amount of trouble fulfilling orders with multiple people.

If my candy is out of stock why not just tell us? And allow us to change product or refund? Instead of playing this cat and mouse chase our tail game. I can't make an order with another vendor because of his dishonesty.

I feel the same way. I’d understand if I got an honest response. But to continually just say post is slow or it was sent this day, no actually this day - just nonsense. I’m SOL. I should have known, when he said my book wasn’t available for express delivery, that he didn’t have it. It appears he was getting good reviews until recently…I’ve basically given up on a resolution. After 37 emails back and forth, what else can one do?

Because a debate is a discourse where both sides of an argument are to be explored fairly and with equal time allotted to each point of view, in THIS case, I have to relay DRF's (fraudulent, IMO, tracking # scheme, which I've found FAR TOO MANY vendors thinking they're craftily pulling the wool over paying customers' eyes, printing and then NOT physically dropping off the pack to buy time or to outright smash and grab as much as possible before the big disappearance) parcel, which is just shy of two weeks late, US to US, finally updated to a delivery. Big shock this happened one day after I tractor beamed you into a PM with an admin, and you ghosted us both when asked to defend or explain. Case CLOSED.

This was no mere shipper error, this was purposeful subterfuge covered with polite and consistent banter akin to political lobbyism, where the crook simply tells you what you need to hear to keep quiet. DRF, you're not smart enough to pull off what dozens have been doing before you. I don't care what, if anything arrives on Saturday. Your lies, delays and then outright disappearance cost me DELETED

Your time here, with me, is over. Save the excuses for your cracked mirror. And should you have sent me something toxic, I know exactly where you are from the mistakes you made in your attempted scheme. Eat shi*, a double order.

One thing I will say in defense of Dr. Faustus is that the shipper is a mess. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for something. The scans haven’t updated. This is not from the Dr. This is someone else. Even regular packages aren’t updating. Once the label created scan is sent, it’s out of their hands.
I don’t know about the rest, but I wanted to share that.

I was here all the time listening/reading to your reviews or concerns about your orders/packages. I have told all of you that I have handed packages to the shipper and now it's the issue they are facing, But thankfully, everything is set now and all the packages are on their way or reshipped.

Not replying to your reviews was only thing that I was busy addressing your concerns and tried to solve it asap and solved it.

I did have to clean up a lot of info here that should never be listed: Shipper name, amounts, personal info, and other financial information that shouldn’t be posted FOR YOUR SAFETY.
We do have a thread to complain about outstanding orders. I’m not saying at all that you don’t have the right to complain. I did not remove any of that. But please think about what you include for your sake, and for others here.

After multiple responses by the dr, that he was looking into it and order would arrive in a few days, 2 1/2 weeks later he sent email saying package has been re shipped and guaranteed 2-3 days I would receive, haven’t even received tracking # and no reply to my emails, this all started around 8th of august, after 3 prior orders that I received like clockwork, If the the good dr is reading these reviews you need to contact me , the truth my friend
 
Know people are having problems but just want to update I did receive and everything’s there. I was even a little short and he offered to front some of it which is pretty cool. Doesn’t seem like the type to outright scam since he’s always went out of his way with my orders so I think there’s hope for u guys
 
So after 4 days of ignoring me you finally respond to admin agreeing to fulfill the initial order you shorted me on and sent me bunk mags. The second order was never even mentioned and after complaining again to admin you sent me an email this morning saying you had a "family emergency" And I was guaranteed to receive the shipments today. 😂😂 Guess who never received anything today? So you're a liar and a thief. You refuse to send any TN . Hopefully you get run off this forum by @Admin

Stating "you will receive this package today" certainly doesn't say he has shipping issues. Especially refusing to provide any response or TN. Or I had a "family emergency" from an order 2 weeks ago. GTFO 🙄🙄
 
Finally received my book that “shipped” on 8/7 on 8/26. Included a few extra pages. Haven’t done any reading yet. Glad this fiasco is over - for me at least.
