Today marks exactly ONE week, plus this past weekend when I ordered close to $1K worth of goods and services from you; the date was Tuesday the 14th you were paid in full and expected immediate shipment due to being your new client.
Since that time, the 14th, due to ONLY to I.D assistance with tracking, which was promised by YOU initially, but didn't show up online for THREE DAYS, this parcel has been stuck in a DEAD END cycle of:
(all locations and business names have been changed, but the insanity remains the same, starts at the bottom the 14th and moves up to the 15th where it's dead)

You won't refund me, and I do NOT WANT a reship. I DEMAND my money back NOW. In the event your parcel arrives I will refuse shipment or keep it and pay like I ALWAYS do.
BUT THIS is unacceptable, and I don't have any back up material for an important trip this weekend. REFUND ME SO I MAY HELP MYSELF to the assistance I trusted you with, PLEASE?!
