That's awesome, he gets back the fastest out any vendor...I got ket shards which were top notch and green hulk zans which were thr best I got yet from anyone until I got the red devils. Keep me posted on how everything went which I'm sure will be smooth!

Just landed the green hulks which blew me away on hiw food they we r e. I also got red devils which were even stronger than the hulks. Def gets back to in a few hours or same day no what but usually with in an 2 hours. Great guy to deal with. He treats you like normal person and cares if you have something going on in your life!
 
Update on 8/6 order: first order with the doc. doc said he dropped my issues off on Wednesday. I still have nothing in ID and no magazines. I understand his policies so not much I can do. Sent multiple msgs and He said his mags should show. Has anyone else experienced issues not showing in ID w/ doc or this past week specifically in general? I always see everything there.

Will update w any changes.

Yes, this was the case with my first. It did show exactly when Dr. Faustus said it would.
 
I had 3 normal trackings everything was spot on, , my last order is showing label created, since Thursday, doc told me it would arrive as usual, still no update on tracking, so I will keep all informed
 
Received 1/3 of order. Also tested positive for xyl@ after being reassured was clean from f and xyl@. Awaiting response after 7 hours.

Received response that order would be fulfilled. Responding emails have failed to be delivered. Hoping a snafu.
 
First time order review - working with the Doc was amazing, he is very quick to reply and answer questions. Ordered 8/7, received 8/10. Super fast turn around. The hulk issue was on point, great press and solid read. The red devil hellboy issue honestly did not impress, hulk seemed stronger and the reds were a bit crumbly and thin. Also didn't have the 666 numbering like the classic devils. A bit disappointed on those considering the price point. They also tasted closer to brom than what is advertised to be in em. Did anyone else have this experience with them? Otherwise, I'll def be returning as he was great to work with and was understanding of my feedback. Ya win some, ya lose some.

Received reply and appears the other half is en route. Still not addressing the xyl@ + test strip. Super friendly to deal with and extremely fast response. Patient and respectful of newbies and my dumb ass questions. Will update again when landed.

REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT, this is ALL I get in in cyclical, unending nightmare which is exactly a week and TWO DAYS of this past weekend (Aug 17th-18th)...

You won't refund me, and I do NOT WANT a reship. I DEMAND my money back NOW. In the event your parcel arrives I will refuse shipment or keep it and pay like I ALWAYS do.

BUT THIS is unacceptable, and I don't have any back up material for an important trip this weekend. REFUND ME SO I MAY HELP MYSELF to the assistance I trusted you with, PLEASE?!
 
I’m having my own similar issues, but have been giving him the benefit of the doubt and not posting anything. But now I’m getting fed up. Been almost 2 weeks since I was told it’s in the hands of usps on the 7th. Still nothing in ID and when i repeatedly ask for tracking or any proof that it even shipped, I just get apologies and sorry it’s not there yet replies. Spent about $500 - first time customer. With so many good reviews and fast shipping comments, I didn’t think I had anything to worry about…

After no response for 24 hours I was advised by a seasoned member to report to @Admin
Aug 9 30 ocees for donation. Only landed 10. Aug 15. Tested + for xyl@ and neg for F. Dilly's also were in for donation. Aug 18 Dr responded that remainder would be expedited 8/19. "Will ship your order asap with a reship of your last order."
Still sitting as label printed. No motion. Again reached out for rectification of the replacement of dirty 10 mags that did touchdown and fulfillment of donation. No response. Stuff happens. I understand. But a multitude of people with the same issue screams problems. Please make this right doc.

M @ Mammasboi123: Also, keep in mind that if a thread topic doesn’t already exist for a particular mag after searching for it, for a particular msg you’ve got questions on, you can always open a new thread under the appropriate section to get member feedback. I only mention doing it this other way due to there being a rule against members/vendors advertising or soliciting mags via the Shout Box. So I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets removed at some point.
