Eating Less

@ElectroNymph this is really weird I have a hiatal hernia with GERD every time I tried to eat just a tiny piece of banana bread because you cannot eat everything I love, coffee soda spicy food etc... and I literally quit eating because of the pain and sleep apnea and dsyspagia ulcers in my esophagus it hurt so bad I cannot swallow pills barely. Anyway I started eating like a bird because I didn’t want to go back to CO. Even with my doctor telling me I needed surgery immediately I started taking percs given by my doctor after being clean off pain meds for over a year,  there and took more Xanax the opposite of what I was trying to do I wanted to kick my benzo addiction. Anyway my blood saturation was at 83 the cutoff is 90. I got a cpap for sleep apnea and another to just walk up the street. One day luckily I was on the Hollywood Boardwalk and collapsed from lack of oxygen he told me it was urgent surgery so I returned back west.  Here’s the weird stuff I literally quit eating for a month and weighed 144 when I left the south he told me I was starving myself so I started eating Oatmeal a few times a day and for presurgury test since I started eating two weeks ago I’m at 127 in two weeks! Weird I don’t understand it at all!

I had a lap band that was removed about 3 years ago (got infection around port, & doctor decided I was too thin, & just removed everything--band and port). Rebound w/weight gain--bad health.  Had to reign in the eating.  I use OTC meds like green tea/coffee, cambogia, etc.  Able to maintain OK. Ended up having to have hiatal hernia and Nissen surgery d/t chronic heartburn.  Now off the Z@ntac, Pepc!d, Prevac!d, Tums, all of it--no more heartburn....

Just balance what you eat.  Certain amounts of protein, the right carbs and lots and lots of veggies!!!!  Water is our friend.  I like to slice different types of fruit in my water for a little bit of fun and flavor.

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: yeah but isn't the password restricted to sponsors anyway? why not just make that section private like the other ones? or is "brand new members" inclusive of sponsored accounts that are newly registered?
  2. Gracie5 @ Gracie5: The password isn’t given automatically, at least by me. I don’t give it to brand new members.
  3. xenxra @ xenxra: dm admin for password. i still don't really understand the purpose of the password section if it's just given out freely to anyone who is a sponsor.
  4. N @ Nebulon Kitty: I've recently donated to become an opal member, and posted in the thread after the donation. How do I go about actually getting the password to the members area and my Opal status.

  16. xenxra @ xenxra: @Steviejay88 if there's one major takeaway i've gained from all the indictments against onion farmers it's that you should never rely on server-side encryption for these kinds of things. please refer to hansa as a case example.
  17. A @ Aarfgh: @Steviejay88 absolutely my man, good question

  20. A @ Aarfgh: @Steviejay88 so as not to stir any pots, I'm not an expert on this particular forum software however I know natively it doesn't. that doesn't mean a plug-in wasn't used of some sort, if it's even possible. check out the dev console in your browser and poke around now you've got me curious
