Hello, I hope you are all well. My Europe-to-Europe orders are being delivered smoothly, but there’s a delivery issue with Europe-to-US orders. That’s why I went myself to check and get an update, which is why I couldn’t reply sooner. Apart from one order, all others have been processed. For the one that’s still pending, I haven’t received an update yet, so I will reship it from a different location. This issue was caused by the slow postal service.

My order of mags has finally made it to my state! It definitely wasn’t vendor’s fault. Funky has been nothing but helpful and kind.

I've sent multiple emails that havent been responded to. Hasnt moved in weeks with 0 help or acknowledgement. WTF over.

There was an issue with shipping from the EU to the US, but that has now been resolved, and your reship order will soon be updated with tracking information. Out of all our orders, only two are currently stuck, but your order has already been reshipped. I didn’t have any updates regarding your order earlier and was waiting on the postman, which is why I couldn’t respond sooner. I apologize again, but rest assured, your order has now been shipped.
