Although I'm a man (ish), I do own a couple of pairs of women's UGG boots that I like to wander around the house in?.. In fact, I have occasionally worn them out and about?.. I also enjoy wearing female undergarments every now and then ; )... Plus, I do own a lot of women's socks?

Hmmmmm, I may have to reevaluate some basic principles after reading these words?!

226 shoes Twirls?!.. And I thought I had issues! ; )
Hmmm women's undergarments. You kinky little bat, you. Uggs are not the least bit feminine but very comfy. I have 2 pairs. 1 gray and 1 black, but the black are customized. I bought them on a special Ugg day at Nordstrom where they had a guy stamping boots with designs so I have a crown, heart, and fleur-de-lis. I LOVE them.

By the way, I threw out a pair of shoes yesterday so I'm down to a more manageable 225.
Aaaaaaaaaw, I have one black and one grey pair : ).. Although, I am now jealous of your custom UGG boots?! Maybe I need to jazz mine up a bit?.. Maybe get some little silver bats sewn on them : )

Omg. I have black, grey, dark brown, light brown and light brown with studs on them.  (UGGS) actually the black ones are not real, but good ones nonetheless.

Oohhhh i love fleur-de-lis!n that is like my favorite symbol ever ever.  I have a ton of Vans, which I ADORE and a few converse.  My hot pink ones are my favorites.  And like five docs...boots and shoes.  My combats are my FAV FAV docs.  Two of my docs are over ten years old and boy do they hold up well.  Worth the price!  You have to be careful ordering docs on ebay......yu have to make sure they were made in the UK......they have their own knock offs in the US which have lots of shortcuts in the manufacturing process.

My ultra super duper fav boots are my Harley Davidson midrise.  Black, of course!  Gotta love me some square toed boots!  Those are really old too, and look brand new.  I like to wear them wth shorts....hehehehehe

Oh, of course it's your favorite because it's mine too. SISTA!!!! I have one thing missing that I covet and that's a pair of Frye boots. Have always wanted them and don't know why I've never bought them.     my  current Converse are low-top, black, and sparkly. I threw out another pair of shoes because the heel fell off. I'm really making progress now!

::::::poor confused bat:::::::::::::

I have a walk in closet where the boxed shoes live. I take the sandals and flip flops out of the box and line them up in Bankers boxes. You can do 12 or more pairs per box. Then I have another smaller closet and under the bed. No space is wasted!

I intend to spend some time to get rid of some now that I know what a ridiculous amount  I have. Or to make room for new ones wink wink.

50 pairs of boots is a substantial collection!
i have so many pairs of sandles,  flip flops (drool) and go go boots :)..my husband thinks im crazy lol

I don't care much for fashion.  I also don't understand people's shoe obsession.  Hundreds of shoes...for what.   Must be some kind of OCD or fetish.

Lol sorry, my feet are a little smaller. @Rotax300 not OCD or fetish, probably hoarding is more like it. I'm not good at getting rid of shoes until I run out of room to hoard them.

I really think my husband is the one with the shoe fetish, he's obsessed with collecting Air Jordan shoes. Like goes to the shoe store the day new ones come out.

My shoe collection is so outta control I literally had about 12 shoe boxes fall on top of me in my closet the other morning! My hubby had to come un bury me. Sad - I know. I just need a bigger closet is all. Oh - and my hubby has banned me from buying more shoes for a while. Thank God he travels. If he notices a new pair I just tell him they are old and I have not worn them in a while. Straight men don't have a clue.

I'm getting the urge to go buy some new boots for winter. I've already got my eye on a couple I saw at DSW. Broadway, I think you are a bad influence /default_laugh.png

Agreed 2earls! Lol - I have a few vices in this world and shoes are one of them. OMG and I am coveting a pair of new boots too at Jimmy Choo! Trying to resist the urge but I'm not doing very well at that.

At 225 shoes 2earls - you def have me beat. That's a lot! Impressive.

Happy travels to DSW!

AND ... To the bewilderment of our significant other ... we usually know exactly where to find the apropos accessory ... USUALLY ...

I have 241 pair of boots, flats, heels etc. and that makes me neck and neck with @2earls. Oh, and not counting the slippers either. Now does it scare all you knowing we have that many shoes? Scares me!

One thing I do own is 11 pair of Frye boots. I'd throw all my shoes do the trash shoot and just keep those.

But, I have been collecting shoes for 20 years.

So here are some interesting points of view on purses  as they relate to the personality of the women who owns them...from one man's experience.

Vera Bradley:

She is beautiful in a very natural way. Exudes femininity without needing to work at it at all.

Gently heart with a kind spirit. Generally has long hair and will be a great mom if she isn't already.

If they have one Vera Bradley the chances of them having more is ridiculously high.

You marry this girl and pray to God you keep her.

Prada:

She is incredibly HOT. Sexy even on the wake up. A fire starter. Likes nice things and is not ashamed of it.

Usually well educated and holds a professional job.

LOVES the attention of men.

Self centered would be a word most people would use to describe her.

Hot Mess

GUCCI

She trys to hard. Way to much make up and spends more time on her hair then Congress spends blowing smoke.

Has a car she can't afford and will date a guy they really don't like just because he has money.

Self-esteem is low but she covers it well. The strange part is if she would just be "her" she is beautiful enough. More than enough. No need to be who you are not.

Usually NOT from a southern state.

Fedni

Where do I start? She came from money. Old money. She is refined and you better be too if you want to spend any amount of time with her.

Elegant, educated, knows things like...What the "Baroque" period meant to classical music.

Can dance and I'm not talking "ghetto". Ballroom etc...

Perfect teeth.

I have more but thought I might be boring some at his point...

Thanks for letting a dude hang out here... :)

Another Dude here....

I have 3 pairs of shoes.....One for work, one a pair of running shoes and my brown casual shoes that go with the one pair of Khakis I own.  My fashion weakness is flannel.  I love flannel shirts.....I have approx 15-18 of them.  My favorite is an LL Bean flannel that is probably 30 years old that is perfectly worn in.   I only get to wear them for 3 months as my location is more sub-tropical than cold.   I don't know if I care much for fashion, but I do like to look good in my beautifully broken in 501's and a nicely worn in flannel.   I guess my fashion sense could be called "Meth Chic".   I do not shave more than once every two weeks and I have a tendency to get a little dusty at work.   Fortunately my clients and friends accept me for the way I am.    Its kinda funny.....when I trim my facial hair and wear my decent casual clothes I look like a teenager.

@2earls.....I have not owned 226 pairs of shoes total, since I have been buying shoes!!!  I buy shoes once every 3 years or so....That's a pretty amazing collection!!

Sometimes I wish I was a bit more fashionable but I like what I like and I like what fits me well.  I see guys all the time in Khakis, suits, dress shirts and dress shoes and I think to myself....Damn that sure does look uncomfortable....

I did not include slippers lol. I'm happy to hear that there is at least a couple other shoe freaks out there. And purses? I'm pretty high on that count too. So much so that I have totes full in the garage that won't fit in the house. Yikes!

I like Betsey Johnson for the whimsy, but my "go to" is my big, black, Coach bag. I would guess that means that I am mostly practical. I like a nice purse without spending a fortune, and for the fun bags, I only spend around  $100. The one purse that I have always coveted, but never willing to lay out the dough for, is a classic, quilted, Chanel. @aintnouse, I would like to rent some of your closet space.

@2earls I swear I'm not gay lol... the cool thing about Betsey Johnson bags is that the variety is vast. More so than most...

Coach is for a women who knows what she likes and is not pretentious. Plus the quality is great.  Good call :)

Added the pic below for a lil shoppers porn...try not to get all worked up. Can't have that now can we? :P

  1. 3 @ 3ak: @xenxra damn shame, can't find any of the rc stims
  2. xenxra @ xenxra: @3ak mostly, will prob be gone entirely by end of summer imo
  3. F @ frozenSR17: hope everyone has a nice start 2 their weekend. "keep it one hunnid," as someone once said to me
  4. 3 @ 3ak: 4f-mph dried up?
  5. xenxra @ xenxra: pretty sure black also went rogue sometime late last year
  6. Strawhat7 @ Strawhat7: Yo, whatever happened to Mr. Black? Just got a rando email from him after ghosting me like a year and a half ago
  7. LW815 @ LW815: Know what’s really going on in somebody else’s head or how much they’re really dealing with and feel like they’re left with no other options. Been a very sad few days but 2 complete (irl anyway) strangers cared enough about what I was going through to talk to me about it, though they owe me nothing and have no reason to help my personal pain other than the kindness in their own hearts. Just shows that this place is a real community, not just a forum of people who only care about themselves.
  8. LW815 @ LW815: Was nodding in/out the entire time writing those shouts and spparently was fully out sending the last one lol. But II find it ‘uplifting’ as two people I’ve never actually met and only know the others online presence through subscriptions, who I have a better chance of getting a handy J from Jesus Christ himself, both were so quick to share their own experience and wise words and assurances that things will look up and not to feel guilty or be mad at somebody for going that route - as you never
  9. xenxra @ xenxra: @hotdog45 meh, same difference. they both got blacklisted on here. wouldn't be the first time a rogue shop sent out unsolicited comms after the fact.
  10. MOD @ MOD: Hello @everyone
  11. LW815 @ LW815: Own personal experience with this kind of this type kind of situation and sympathized with my pain when I really just needed somebody to talk to. Both went out of their way to help a stranger in a time of need when I really needed somebody, and body to talk to. MM
  12. LW815 @ LW815: Sent a simple conf email and I just dropped a ball on them. I really just needed to let it out, didn’t expect them to reply in such a thoughtful way that it drastically changed the rest of my day and mindset for the bette . Above and beyond - and the last night while chatting with another that I knew had at least once one child,, so i wished them a belated happy Father’s Day, which again caused me to spill it all to them and again received the most thoughtful and kind response, as well as their-
  13. LW815 @ LW815: They didn’t need to. They could have just continued on with the nature or the main purpose of what the relationship between us is, I didn’t really have anybody else to let it out to at the time and they both went far beyond what I’d expect. Not that I’d assumed they’re cold/A-holes - it was just a lot from somebody who’s technically a competent stranger. A very close friend of mine committed suicide on Father’s Day and iwas emotionally wrecked witih nobody to talk to, and the first author just
  14. LW815 @ LW815: @Mokachin0 not really uplifting in the normal sense, but two popular authors on here took the time out of their likely very busy days to not only read my massive walls of text, but both also replied with the most kind, thoughtful and positive responses when I randomly dumped my personal problems into their laps
  15. H @ hotdog45: I have never ordered mags from him I meant
  16. H @ hotdog45: @xenxra I thought that too but after digging on the site it is chemical cabinet. Either way I deleted the email. I have ordered mags from him, but I thought you guys should know he's reaching out to people again. After reading the thread if anyone gets an email from him I would suggest doing the same.
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @hotdog45 isn't that ghost? he threw his rep in the trash and got blacklisted
  18. O @ oh be g: thank you! hopefully this will inpsirw someone!
  19. M @ Mokachin0: @oh be g check your dms!
  20. O @ oh be g: these were instilled in me by a coworker who has had about the worst trauma experiences in life and he is still the most positive upbeat guy ive met
