I am really excited about finding this site. Now, if I can just get through all the reading to figure out exactly how things work.

I am a night owl. I prefer a diet rich in foods that help keep me awake and active.

Welcome @RiverDancer from a fellow night owl. Reading will definitely help you succeed with that diet. You should probably send out some emails and request a menu. There are some delicious offerings scrolling across the top of the home page  ;)

If you get stuck you can always give a shout out to @PTFC or myself and we will try to point you in the right direction.

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
