I am really excited about finding this site. Now, if I can just get through all the reading to figure out exactly how things work.

I am a night owl. I prefer a diet rich in foods that help keep me awake and active.

Welcome @RiverDancer from a fellow night owl. Reading will definitely help you succeed with that diet. You should probably send out some emails and request a menu. There are some delicious offerings scrolling across the top of the home page
