Jewy, if you don't mind would you read my post a few up and offer your opinion on the subject? I respect your opinion and would like your input.
Well, thank you Swill, that's nice of you to say. As for your situation with the damaged products and no insurance, I can't speak to this issue from personal experience, as I'm not a TTM customer. However, from my recollection of their website disclosures, as well as their insurance program (which was intriguing to me), my instincts tell me that the prospects of obtaining a reshipment or other form of financial compensation are not very good. Given that they have gone to the trouble of designing and offering an insurance program in the first place, and what I remember to be a very clear and concise no reship policy without insurance, the prospects don't seem very positive. Regardless, it would certainly seem worth contacting them about to see if there are any options available to you. Just be courteous and professional about the matter, and the worst that could happen is they tell you that they have a no reship policy that you agreed to in their terms of service, if in fact that's their current policy.

Anyway, we have a great many TTM customers here on DBG, so maybe someone with first hand knowledge of TTM and their policies on such matters will chime in with further guidance. Hope that helps, at least a little.....

Thanks! I appreciate the advice and you taking your time to reply. I'm going to message them and inform them of the situation, but shy away from asking fo a reship or refund as I believe they are fair with what they offer.

On a good note, it was just a issue with cods. The other part arrived perfect as always!

From reading this thread it seems the average seems to be a week to 10 days to receive shipment if you are based in the US. Would this be a fair assessment?

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for reading the thread. Refreshing to see new folks going about things properly.
In TTMs T&C they say not to start worrying about your order until the 21 day mark after shipping. And to not contact them about your order unless its been 30 days +. Considering that, 7-10 may be a bit too optimistic as the norm. However I've seen reports of receipt in as little as 6 days to the US, and many more in the 9-10 day range, so its not an unrealistic thought either. All depends on your geographic location in the US, and how efficient customs and the mail system are running at that time.

Dan I'm geographically near you but have not received mine yet.  Been only 5 days, though, so maybe mid next week perhaps..

mailed the 23rd,  not here yet, but he had Christmas and New Years, so I guess not to worry yet.

Ordered on 12/24

Shipped on 12/26

Received on 1/4/14

Good turn around I say

NE NY

order 27th dec

received  04 january 2014.

in the middle of xmas my package sailed right through.

I tried the nitrarem this time and they seem good.I mean,at that price.

happy new years everyone!

I'm located in the SE region of USA. Packaged shipped on 12/23. It wasn't in my PO box on Friday. Tempted to make a 1hr round trip drive to my PO box and hope it arrived yesterday (saturday 1/04).

I'll keep everyone updated. Keeping my fingers crossed. I noticed those who ordered earlier and after me had a 'prompt' turn around. I'm 2/2 with ttm. It would suck to get a LL. I'm trying to stay positive and optimistic and blaming XMAS and New Years for a delay in delivery

thank you sir. I look forward to being a part of this community!

Well the hour drive to the PO box was worth it. Damn I hate living in the country. Takes forever to get anywhere.

Anyways....

Shipped 12/23/13

Received 01/04/14

I'm 3/3 with TTM. Overall I'm pretty happy with their service and products. Top ten meds kicks ass /default_biggrin.png

I see other people got theirs on the 4th, mailed on the 23rd like mine, I checked my Po Box around noon on the 4th SE US. not there, should I check again tomorrow? the 6th? It's a 20 minute drive, I don't want to waste gas going everyday. It says what time they put the mail in on the box door, do you think I made a note of that time? No me danghag. means im dummy. I am learning  Philippine words from my wife. Hope you all had Happy Holidays

  13. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: poor indiana jones :(
  14. D @ drdrizzy13: The transfer portal has turned big conferences especially the SEC more like trading players. And they need to fix the NIL deals. Not really fair for one player to get 7 mil and his teammate getting 1k. It's corrupted college football..
  15. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: @Layne_Cobain Lets go boyyyyyy!
  16. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Happy Football Sunday! Leggo Ravens baby.
  17. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Bulldogs take the cake - Kiffin deserves to play in a place called Death Valley - Man how I used to love Saturdays in the fall. But College Football is dead. My prediction? Transfer portal and NIL with million dollar “salaries” mean NCAA Football becomes the defacto NFL D league except they’re all free agents. To compete, Superconfrences are going to continue to consolidate, privatize or go corporate, and the NCAA can go back to worrying about title IXX and Women’s volleyball and such.
  18. D @ drdrizzy13: I think they'll probably win it all.
  19. D @ drdrizzy13: Georgia way too dominate
  20. M @ meepmoopmeep: i think most of us expected it but not how badly it went down
