RE: LL:  Yup me too.  Same date as Blue Planet.  NEVER had a LL from TTM and have ordered almost every month.  I would like to know the same question.  Am I now "flagged" somehow?  Or should I reorder?  Thanks! 

I sent TTM an email with proof asking the same question I asked here (after researching the thread for hours). Then noticed all the LL's popping up and started to watch CBP vids. I wound up finding semi-recent (2014) vids from the exact facility that seized my package. To learn how mail is processed with my main focus on technology:

They showed 2 types of auto-scanners. First the x ray machines which don't scan addresses. Then they showed a sorting scanner. Which based on the customs agent, "determines the size and type of parcel, then 'roughly sorts' the general location" a package is heading. This technology didn't worry me either. For the main fact it's employed AFTER packages already pass safety clearance. It's goal is speed, not security. 

As far as seizures go, yes, they record your info into a database. But I saw no evidence to support how this could "flag" future orders. 

What was interesting is how Interpol gathers intelligence to work with customs. If they identify a "high risk merchant or shipment" they'll conduct a random, week long inspection. I don't know if this is what's happening right now. It could have been a fluke or it could have been planned. Either way I don't feel safe reordering right now. I will use a back up and just follow this thread.

Thanks Blue.  It appears from TTM's own chat site that orders going out 20/21st were seized, and the date appears to be the 25th when seized.  Still awaiting to hear what TTM has to say.  I feel as you do, right now, lay low until we find out if this was random or planned.  HATE THIS!!!  They were so good and reliable, at least for me, even with the mail strike, orders were late, but got here.  Something doesn't "feel" right. 

As for the recording in the database.......why wouldn't that then serve as a notice for future orders to be scrutinized or flagged?  So I wonder, for instance if all ports of entry now have the recording in their database.  I ask this, as about six years ago, I took a trip to Australia (yes, I would never want to be ordering anything TO Australia).  When I came back to the USA, Customs took me aside and for an hour interrogated me, asking if I had trafficked drugs.  They even had my address of course, which is/was American  (now new.....so the old address), and asked weird questions like: so tell us where exactly is your house and street and describe it. They kept trying to trip me up.   Finally, I asked them nicely to please search my bags, as I had no drugs.  However, afterwards,  I recalled that I had been sent a LL about 3-4 months ago, and that may have triggered why they pulled me aside. So, this new LL, has me wondering if I should order from any IOP?  Any thoughts.....anyone?

There is simply no way to scan every package for an address. At least not in a time efficient manner. Imagine the millions of letters coming thru customs at any given time, the idea they could scan every piece of mail for an address would take weeks for a single days mail. Your addy wil be kept in a file for future reference, but nothing to worry about. Future orders are fine, one ll wil not cause all your mail to be flagged. Dont sweat it, it happens to all of us at some point. 

The reason the whole days orders were seized in random checks. One package must have been damaged or simply pulled aside for routine inspection and meds were found. This promoted customs to look into the entire mail bag. Which in turn led to full seizure.

as for TTM, if you don't have insurance, there's nothing they will do. It's just the cost of doing business (losing a pack here and there) nothing more. If u think of the thousands of dollars saved over a lifetime of iop use, one lost pack is a small price to pay. I know it sucks balls. Been there, done that, lost mail at the worst possible time. Sadly, it's part of the game. What were doing is illegal, and if u use iops eventually u will get caught. But again, don't stress. I've got enough LLs to wallpaper my bedroom.... And still my orders flow in.

Yikes, I got very lucky, had one posted a few days ago (not on the 20/21st) and it arrived in six days. This isn't operation Pangea,, though, is it? That's been and gone I think. I got a LL last May/June, and I've had packs since then. I will be giving it a rest for a bit, though.

Incidentally, the delivery of brom@z and p@x 10 was perfect, and they included box and blisters since I asked.

I could really use some advice if anyone knows (I've tried searching). I received the official 3 page LL. I never use insurance with TTM. I have received at least 15 orders over the last few years so this is my first seizure. FYI through NY ports.

My question is this.

I'm not concerned about the money. I'm concerned about whether or not CBP records your address in a system. Like I know inspections are very rare (too much mail). But is every package scanned (electronically) when it comes it? So like if I order again, will some alert pop up to notify customs?

I've always had orders come in fast and need to get a new order out. I'm just not sure if a seizure makes you more likely to get another. Do I just reorder? If anyone has had experience with this I'd really appreciate it.

my order was seized as well.  apparently according to tt forum, there were about 10+ others and counting.  something may be going on with ttm.  maybe they are on a watch list.  i am not sure if i should risk placing a new order.

Mine was sent 7/9 and still not here. I'm noticing a definite pattern here. I didn't spring for insurance since it was under $100. But what will they do if they see there are several people from this time not receiving? That can't be a coincidence. And can't be good for business.

a few orders from this timeframe were seized.  mine was sent out 7-10, i received my letter 7-29

Mine was mailed 7/10 and I still have not received as of 7/26

Thanks DeTox.  I am going to lay low for awhile, and go visit Jim.  The boards over on TTM aren't too promising, so won't risk it for now.

Omg, this does not sound good, tt is my go to for my cats medication. Moda hasn't had in awhile, I got it once from some other dude, but he packaged it like a two year old could have done better, so I have not ordered from again. Can't believe it made it through, but the next two all I got we're love letters, but I gotta give him credit, he kept re shipping for free until I finally told him to stop bringing heat on me! Anyways, Not to mention the top of the line menu they offer. I always thought that ttm would get to big and the love letters would start pouring in, sorry newbies, no harm intended. It was a lot safer two years ago when it wasn't well known, now the cats out of the bag, looks like the accept everyone, I hope this isn't the beginning of the end! I have never once, and I ordered every three weeks, or as soon as my order came in religiously from the beginning, except my time in prison( just for marijuana cultivation) no murders, robberies, etc, lol! I pray to the drug gods above this isn't the start of something bad to come or already coming!

I know that the 7/9s and 7/10s were shipped separately because TTM messaged me on the 9th and said they had already sent out the mail for that day and my order would be processed and mailed on the 10th. If the 7/10s have been seized, customs pulled out 2 different shipping bags. Same thing for 7/20 and 7/21 I suppose. 

However I am seeing a few reports of 7/21s landing. Random.

I also received my first LL from a ttm order placed recently. I've never had any problems with previous orders, so was a bit shocked, and freaked out. It was seized on july 25th (US, east coast). It does seem like something weird is going on, but how could customs be that dang organized. Hmmm.... especially since I'm assuming many people are getting things into different ports of entry.

I wish they would change up packaging every now and than. I got in touch with them and asked about whether or not they could change my packaging up, and it seems like they can't which is fine with me. I was informed by ttm that during the month of July, Operation Pangea, was in full effect. If you don't know what it is, than look it up. Many packages got seized during July because of this operation, and I'm sure that's why my package was caught up.

Delete if to OT, but yes, the "pangea" articles that were posted say it was for a week in mid June, so I don't think it has anything to do to all the LLs people are now seeing. Just my 2 cents
