Hopefully we will see things coming in dribs and drabs soon enough, I feel for those of you waiting, I have always had successful orders, but as a rule I always spread myself around a few vendors. This isn't an option for everyone of course, but a "nice to have" if possible.

Exactly. I really hope they have stopped processing new orders until this mess is over. I do really feel for you all.

I usually don't feel sorry for people who get a bum deal ordering from these guys due to the number of packages seized on any given month.

This is just ridiculous though and no one can help. People who have made small orders can go elsewhere but I feel so bad for the guys who have made a large order.

I think I speak for the whole forum by saying if you need help finding a vendor or need to vent we are all with you through this.

Nice to see people supporting one another. It's so refreshing. And I also feel for you guys. I really hope hey deal with this back log. Over here in the UK it's Good Friday this week and bank holiday Monday so no post on those days. Hope you get your tackle. Happy days 

 
After reading the first page. Its all doom and gloom. Some comments sound like ttm have ceased trading.

Has anyone confirmed that there is a postal strike or lack of workers? I would think you would be able to find out if that was the case, by doing a search if you got the time and know-how.

Correct, there is no insurance option for the UK. We either get it or not.

Given the lack of posted delivery activity here and at their own forums I've gone to my back-up for the time being. Will be happy to go with TTM again once things look like they are back on track.

The PO there has certainly been in financial trouble in recent weeks, but I've no idea what effect that has had on the service (their Facebook page and comments made by people living there makes for interesting reading though...). So I don't think it's a leap to imagine the money woes may have had a knock on effect with staff, sorting offices and even posting international mail (Airlines naturally want payment for that).

All beyond TTM's control, but not seeing deliveries being posted by any users really (I think I've seen just the one over the last week or so) is sufficient cause for me to look elsewhere until things get back to normal.

I thought you did have insurance?  My eyes are blurry from reading this forum all day, so I probably misread.  So he's really taking new orders? Ugh. 

 
Dear Saint , sent you a message . Just want to post that I'd love to be able to reply & stay in touch. Yet it seems I've reached what Is being said I've reach my limit on messaging. Since things have been so busy. Plus I've been wanting to agree with so many posts also seems I've reached what is saying a limit for the day which started around 4- 5 am this morning. Thanks to all & as always my best hope to keep reading. & holding on agree I can't believe orders still being taken. Wow.

That's the most unprofessional part of the equation to me to still take orders knowing damn well nothing is moving. To me speaks volumes.

 


These guys don't f0ck about. It's their way or no way. Another vendor from the UK is like that but he is very fair. If you break his simple and fair ordering rules he will not deal with you. What he doesn't do I threaten you with slander and giving your personal details out. 

The more this story unfolds, the angrier I get and I don't want to get myself im trouble so I won't write anything else.

Good luck to everyone else. I'm sure a US member can maybe put themselves forward as someone who can give advice. 

 I'm not stepping on mods toes but I'm sure they are extremely busy during this difficult time.

In the meantime I'll do my best to find details on sapo and see if I can dig anything up. This site has been so good to me so hopefully by doing this I can give something in return beside money.

I do have insurance - but on reships there is no option for insurance on it.  so if your reship gets lost, that's it

 
If it's down to the po not working how it normally does, and the ob aren't conducting an operation. Then everyone will get their things at some point. I've never been let down by them.    

 There are a couple of other vendors on here i've read that are having trouble delivery a punctual service, or threads closed over the last 3/4 weeks .   Is it a coincidence?  Or maybe there's more to it.

 
this is the only IOP I've dealt with so I have to look on here for details.  I just am curious about 1 received that was ordered later (although opened), yet there are LL's and then nothing till this receive.  Something is off

I'm reading your response as rude but I doubt you mean it that way but it comes off to me as hostile.

 Yes, there was ( I think 2 weeks ago) a small surge of people receiving prior to the LL's finally getting theirs.  Nothing at all till the March 8th order received on the 19th. No one else received.  that is all on their board, not here.  I report it here, to keep people who aren't on there in the loop.  There are other boards and even TT has a board.  It's mentioned by those who recieved it,  I'm not making it up to make them look bad.  It's not like LL's are anything to do with them at all

those venders are in their threads, why are you being so hostile?
