Correct, there is no insurance option for the UK. We either get it or not.I thought I seen that they never done insurance for UK customers?.

The PO there has certainly been in financial trouble in recent weeks, but I've no idea what effect that has had on the service (their Facebook page and comments made by people living there makes for interesting reading though...). So I don't think it's a leap to imagine the money woes may have had a knock on effect with staff, sorting offices and even posting international mail (Airlines naturally want payment for that).After reading the first page. Its all doom and gloom. Some comments sound like ttm have ceased trading.
Has anyone confirmed that there is a postal strike or lack of workers? I would think you would be able to find out if that was the case, by doing a search if you got the time and know-how.

That's the most unprofessional part of the equation to me to still take orders knowing damn well nothing is moving. To me speaks volumes.I said a few days ago I think they should stop processing orders.
I cannot believe they still haven't.
I make the occasional order for a friend who loves Myl@ns despite trying bars and Ksa! Anyway, I won't be making those orders again.
Im so disappointed in TTM. Yes people say "they are a business", to me that means they have a responsibility to protect their customers and stop orders immediately.
