Page 666 how appropriate lol.  I sincerely loathe that TT's own board has deleted countless user posts and used an iron fist verses answering questions.  I post my usps issue, not shocked it's gone but they could have edited and said "We've never had that issue".  Deleting looks weird and frankly my feb order was awesome (although one vitamin I can't use ever so it's wasted).  Their emails from tech bouncing makes me think it's NOT sapo but them and they are overloaded after holidays and won't admit it.  Just my opnion.  Tech did tell me (and I can screen grab for a mod to prove it) that there was a Feb 18th seizure in us customs.  I think after that batch they slowed it down for safety but won't say that because they want the orders.  Just as they urged me to order again while I have a missing order.  If I had extra monies I would but I've used enough to cover their bs

Maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention, but I don't remember reading about 10 LLs anywhere...

I had a LL from a order mailed Feb 19th. I got ahold of TT because it was a insured order. He was very nice and quick to authenticate it and approve a reship which went out. Not recieved , not overdue, he said basically to sit tight, it  is out of their hands but he is confident it will arrive. Thats all I know.

i only got 1 LL from a ttm pack but that was august 2015 , my nov 2015 loss i never got a LL ,

I kinda have a feeling it's all going to be late for March and those in Feb are either the same or will be LL. I've eased up, as there has been great relieving remarks left on here recently (girlgerms was one for example).  Now I see it as: "When or if it comes, it'll feel like a gift.". lol

Reported on their board a delivery has actually happened  Regular shipping times for a March 8th order (11 days). 

That is the ONLY delivery noted.  I'm on day 19 so I'm excited to see something arrive to the US but discouraged it's not an earlier March vitamin package.

yes I have insurance, if I can get it for anything I do.  Usually it's a waste of funds on things like electronics but in cases such as these, worth it.  I think a lot grew comfortable with such reliable service and didn't get insurance, I was warned (odd now that I think of it) to get insurance ALWAYS. I think I will wait on reship since I have back up and just hope in the mean-time. Hell, I live in one of the states largest cities and our mail is so unreliable I got furious to find someone's TAX RETURN in the garbage bin (we have a postal garbage bin they collect weekly).  Had I not looked daily for my package, I wouldn't have seen that.

As there is no insurance for EU you can't buy it, and there is no reship, it doesn't matter if you are a customer for years and it's  the first time you applay for it...

Bad point IMO, I understand it's a business, but I think you shouldn't  penalize so much a loyal customer.

You are right franmars that is the reason i order from Starliterx.

No need to buy expensive insurance Starlite will reship for free wherever you living.

Got a question:

Has anyone that's had insurance and have done a reship? Per their instructions, at 3 weeks with insurance you're to email them.  It will be 3 weeks tomorrow. I've seen 1 March order come in yesterday but no reports anywhere else. I don't know how the entire reship thing goes and a few of us are curious (in the same position) and would like to know others that had to do this at some point.
