I would recommend reading the latest of TTM. A lot of good points about the SAPO and no deliveries.
Absolutely amazing how TTM claims they didn't know what's going on with the Po what a joke how fing stupid do they think we are this isn't a third world country. They are full of it or they are delaying mailing. It's international mail that makes CNN or at least local news that could easily be found on a Google search. You have to be clueless to believe SAPO could get away with saying they won't say. It someone dies from lack of nourishment or a roof over their head because the SAPO chooses not to say weather they are processing mail that could potentially save humans this is Africa we are talking about(Cape Town)wealthy...

 
I think you are all giving TTM way to much forgiveness here I am fine with taking the risk and if it gets confiscated it your problem the problem here is they continue to take orders knowing nothing is getting through and they are not telling people there are any problems. I placed a order on 3/8 but first I sent a email and asked how is shipping going any problems ? I was told everything is fine. Well as I know now and as they new at the time everything was not fine and as I know now they flat out lied to me in this case I not only think it is there problem I think they need to refund my money.

They not only took my money under false pretenses but they continued to tell me there was no problems. so I told them all this in a email and got no response for 3 days so my next step is to call my bank. Non of you would just lay down and take this from anybody els and I don't intend to I will put up with allot but not being lied to so you all do what you want but I am not putting up with it from anybody.

SAME situation here when I emailed and asked - There is one received us order on March 13th that was placed the 8th (if you hadn't read that yet) which adds to why you didn't get yours!

As I read that email I would think insurance should not be required in this instance?

Key parts bolded: " We have just become aware that orders mailed between 22/Feb & 29/Feb  went missing on our end and as this is totally out of the ordinary and not part of the risk you should have to bear, we will be reshipping  all of these orders as soon as possible. "

Basically they are admitting the problem was at the source at their end, and as such not part of the risks all buyers are asked to accept (seizure or loss in transit).

I have not placed an order btw (will wait until deliveries are being posted again) but anyone with orders mailed during the dates they state (22nd to 29th Feb) should be entitled to and granted a reship, going by that email at least.
My order was mailed in the time frame quoted in that e-mail, but I did not receive any such e-mail. I'm sorry if this is off topic, but do you all recommend I write TTM and tell them I am aware of unshipped orders during this period, of which mine was one, and request that they reship and keep me in the loop? I did not purchase insurance but agree with the Wobbly that this seems to indicate every order from that time frame would be reshipped regardless. Wondering why I didn't get this e-mail? Checked my junk folder, nothing. I'm not sure writing them would do any good, but I guess it couldn't hurt. Are there others who ordered in that time frame and did not get this e-mail from TTM either?

 
I ordered within the same time frame quoted, the 29th to be precise and never received an email. What I've done is emailed from the original invoice saying that I haven't recieved my letter and how should we proceed. No response as of yet but I expect them to honouring as its their mistake. Which to they're credit are owning up for. I also have a March 11th order still outstanding. When I have anything to report I'll update accordingly. Given their business model is so intrinsically linked to a functioning postal service I must admit their lack of transparency or 'finger on the pulse' is a worry. The social climate would, I'd imagine not be to hard to gauge but they feed generic answers. Time will tell and there are some great (God send) alternative vendors on this site.

They have also posted that message on their own forums so I would think all orders in that specified time frame are/will be applicable (they will likely need a little time to sort through them all). It shouldn't hurt to email them to get confirmation you are included though (You can also register at their forum and post queries there). I'd bear in mind they are probably dealing with an awful lot of emails/messages on this issue atm, so probably best to be patient getting a response.

I'd keep an eye out here and at their forums for delivery confirmations after those dates too.

I agree completely with the first part of your post, as it's time to move on and let this go. If it shows some day it'll be a nice surprise.

But next time I will be using a different vendor. Lesson learned. 

 
I read it on the forums. It's pretty much on every thread so you can find it if you're on there.  I ordered on the 28th, Mailed on the 1st of March.  I have insurance and did email at 3 weeks /21 dAys and on Monday will mark a month (I'll email then too and see what's what).  But I'm watching Sapos facebook page for comments because locals aren't getting mail

 
Wow this place was a solid go to place for years. I'm sorry to hear that they out right lied to people. I certanly hope every one either gets the vitamins, or gets the funds back.

 
It is the PO *from what I dug around to find* but we weren't informed and still not informed.  At least hope not for a siezure, you get a reship and po get funded so things get moving.

But how ONE order got to the us in March is rather odd

 
I notice that they don't offer insurance for orders to the UK?.

Unsure if this is a good thing or bad,although if the problems are at they're end then I'd say it's definitely a bad thing for anyone waiting in the UK?.

I have gotten a few emails asking if I'm worried that if I call my bank and dispute my charge to TTM that they will do what they say on there web page and release my info all over the web. Well the short answer is NO.

If they release my CC info I will cancel my card. If they release that I am ordering things Well everybody in my life is aware I am in constant pain so no problem there. The short of it is I understand why they say that but honestly I can do more damage to them than they can to me so I say act like adults and understand people will not always lay down and play dead and DO NOT LIE.

And like I told them in my last email If I am wrong and things show up in my mail box in the next few weeks I will apologize to them and pay them immediately. But I don't think that will happen. I don't believe they ever sent anything out and they new they could not or would not when they took the order So that's all I have to say on the matter.

Also they told me I broke the terms of there agreement. I told them that goes both ways. They broke there terms when they took my money knowing they could not deliver.

(As it says on our website. Chargebacks for any reason will result in all of your personal details being published on  chargebackscamers.com)

I am not going to argue over this but listen first off I could disassemble there terms in 20 different ways but if in a court it would never get that far. they broke there terms by taking my money knowing they had no intention of shipping when they said they where. On top of that I am telling you this because one of the admins on this site asked me to. So take it up with them

I have 1 last thing to say As the admins know I very rarely post but this one just gets my goat. It seems like all of the newbies on this site want to bend over and take it. and expect every body to also. That is not me sorry. We need to be respectful follow the rules and be smart. But my god when somebody walks up behind you and says hey bend over you don't do it unless you want a sore A** Now I'm done on this one. You do what you want.

I rarely (more like ever) argue with these shops. After all, think about what is being received and what could be substituted as well, like arsenic ( only kidding but that's always been my concern pissing these people off). It's not like they can easily be found if something bad happens to the product purposely. I just take the hit and look elsewhere. Hopefully it works out for you.

You know my wife uses that arguing word allot to. I prefer to call it having a backbone. Like I said if there product shows up they will get paid quickly.
