I received just about the same email. It did mention March orders. 

We have just become aware that orders mailed between 22/Feb & 29/Feb  went missing on our end and as this is totally out of the ordinary.  Your order isn't in that time frame but it would appear march orders  are taking a really long time. Message us at the 4 week mark (4/April)  and we will instruct you on what to do.
I've written this before, but read the insurance policy on the front page of their website (before you get to where you log in).  There it details the steps you need to take for reships, and insurance as a whole.  Even if you are considering ordering, read everything.

Email at 3 weeks with the order # within the email too and if possible, just reply to the "mailed" email receipt you were sent with the initial order. This is what I do.  It keeps all communication I've ever sent regarding that order in one email reply chain. That allows everyone to read what was exchanged between different administration that answer your email(s, with your original order number for reference too. 

Email again at 4 weeks with the order # within the email too.  At this time you'll ask for a reship (follow the same instructions as above, if you can), and ask how you go about this. They will send you VERY detailed instructions.  Make sure you follow them to the T.  I recommend that if it requires you to check off "received packages" and everything I had to (when placing the reship order), email right after it goes through

Include the new order # within that email but not in the subject line, as you are still emailing from the missing or LL they are reshipping..  Triple check that you are reordering exactly what you ordered before.  On the right hand side it shows your past orders for "easy reordering", but it's not in the correct order of your actual past orders.  Go to your account and copy what you did order - when fill out your reship order. You do what they ask for the reship, you place the correct items in there.  I wouldn't doubt they'd fail to correct you if you placed another past order that is of the same thing but sample or cheaper and not call your attention to it, if you had an oversight on your end.  I did and caught it. 

To stay in business and get back their reputation, they must work on how orders get to people.  I don't think the white shipping truck is the best choice with terrorism right now and past issues with them.  A reshipper may be a best option, but I'm not a vender and it's just my opinion.

 It's wise for them to utilize a system that goes around various issues of receiving and to tone down the anger.  Anger from a vender *not to be confused with just overwhelmed, which we are all guilty of - I'm talking condescending and giving off the feeling of our money being an "oh well". As I state this, when you write a vender, you will get in response the attitude you put forth to them, sometimes (as well a know). Not sticking up for anyone, I know I have been rude to my bookers and it's not them, it's me. I lose business, and to earn it back - I kiss their asses.

  However, many of us are also company owners and no dummies, we know how to remain tactful during storms of misplaced attitude. There are slip-ups, you apologize and make it right.  So far, it's been not this way with TT and it does not seem even "a bad week or few weeks", it reeks of the end.  It does not make it right and bring the value of customer service down many notches.   Violent responses to them are getting us nowhere either.  We are better than that, it lowers us as people and consumers IMO. Handle it the best tactful way and vent it to here for discussion (not this thread).  Just a voice hoping to ease tension.

I apologize to the mod(s) for disregarding the rules time and time again.  I do hope this remains up and please accept my apology for turning this into what you have begged us not to, because I am part of that fold - if not the bigger part of.  No disrespect towards you in the lease and I created a thread for discussion, however, I feel people feel for trustworthy posting here than my threat *just a hunch

thank you.  with TT's "reshipping" of Feb orders, I'm March 1st btw - so I wanted to really break it down so every understands how diligent they must be. Or better yet, the process of - even if locked out of the site to order, that they can still view the policy.

I feel for all you guys waiting on outstanding orders but as admin says do not make ANY new orders untill the whole mess is fixed out.I agree they should NOT be accepting ANY new orders untill all this is fixed at the very least!!.

Once again even the most trusted sources can fail and sometimes it's nor they're fault,I'm kinda glad I suspected something was not quite right just before I was gonna order some nitr@z@p@m.I do hope you guys get fixed out but once again as the mods have warned no more orders from TTM (rip I think?)

I placed an order within the time the time they said they were having problems but so far have not received a reship email from them. Do you suggest I should email them about this?

 
As someone else posted. What about those who ordered March 3. Or around so those dates. Was told shipped out March 4-5. This is an order a friend & I were to split so not having 2 parcels out I feel horrible for recommending them to my friend. Who was trusting things to be ok !! So with Not very good if any responses. They admit the Feb. dates. Bad all the way around. Leaving everyone scrambling around. Not good business way at all thanks to all who are posting & trying to help.

Chargeback scammers is complete BS I just notified my bank money returned to my account. I told my bank I ordered 450.00 worth of Vitamins from JUST HEALTH HERBALS. Never received and am locked out of their website, when my bank tries to contact them they don't have a fing chance of getting paid. If it shows up I'll contact them and pay them. I believe they are going out of business not mailing crap and making excuses. How convenient it's a 4 day weekend in SA. Im not waiting for them to disappear! Top10 Turds mfers

Years ago I got a LL in short order from SFO, from China.  Only one I ever got.  These folks had a phone #, called twice about a charge back and they credited me immediately and were frantic, begging me not to.  End of that story.

Could be a partnership break-up with TTM.  I went through one of those and the one guy started his own, someone latched on to his new name,  so he changed again and was upstanding throughout these and is still in business.  Or@w@n.  No II now.

Yes, email them, it can't make the situation any worse. Try to be polite or they might think "fuck him, he's not getting a reship". That's if they are genuinely reshipping.

 
My reship is in processing, it probably will be "mailed" today or tomorrow.  I have hoped it would appear before they mailed but no dice.

I ordered March 1st - this is my reship order as it is lost or stolen, and I had insurance.  It's covered. IF you have insurance RESHIP.  I mean at least you can say you tried and after that if neither ever show, you can chargeback

@Kadd I have said this to you in several pm's and on the boards. Why aren't YOU doing something?

The people who took out insurance could have the chance of getting  2 for the price of one, plus re-ship charge. If that link above is a reliable source.  

I'm finding it hard to believe sapo could cover up a strike lasting weeks last month. Surly a local or national journalist would of got a tip off about said strike, and write an article about it.  Also the the article is dated  27/1/16?  December went smoothly a far as I know.

My theory for TT is that the LL's scared them, they accepted orders but didn't mail them till they felt they could.  aka their fault with no details

March didn't go out to make customs believe they were shut down but they accepted money.  If we get batches of mail, it'll be on time and also the old stuff will come too for march - leading them to find who is honest.

OR NOTHING HAPPENS and they are gone

 
I dont believe any of it.  They said to many stories to me Ive got a 2-23 promised to resend twice.  Nothing.  I dont even care.  They said the whole weeks there fault now there dealing with March.  When they said February first.  You probobly will get something doesnt make it right when from 2_22 to 29 They never even mailed or so they say its there prob.  Fuck em

How gullible can people be? Keep sending them money! I knew after three weeks I emailed them and they told be the bullshit story about the "post office backlog". They told me that, yet they continued to take people's money knowing that no packages were getting through or the weren't mailing SHIT!
