Is anyone else having problems accessing the website?
Reason I'm asking is bc I placed an order, my bank blocked it, I authorized so it now went through. I am wondering if in the meantime top ten blocked my IP address or if the site is just down. I'd PM someone but am new and don't have access yet. Thanks for the assistance.

I was just about to place my first order, down for me too. 

Its funny how hard its been just to place an order with this place.

I tried 3 different cards, none worked. I finally get my greendot card in the mail a week later, and now the sites down.

I'm starting to think this may be an omen of some type.  /default_dry.png

Lucky you, I already "took the plunge". It's amazing how a glass of whiskey can allow you to bypass your better judgment. I hope it's a temporary problem.

 
Someone had asked why I used a remailer & I thought I had replied. I live in a hot zone where seizures are very high.

Also I had to approve my charge with the credit card company too. Next time I'm going to call them in advance.

Well hopefully things will get back to normal. There are a million and 1 things that could be causing it (bandwith, hackers, LE, etc) so lets

Yo Hooter, if you happen to read this, what are your thoughts? Their site isn't throwing the error I'd expect if it were a bandwidth issue, and I was able to successfully ping the server. Nothing of note in WHOIS data either. Not suggesting that it's "anything" at all necessarily, just curious what Jewenberg's IT & Security Director's take was.

 
For what it's worth, I've received confirmation that my order was mailed and at 2:30pm est I got an email granting me access to their forum with a link that now doesn't work. Could be scheduled downtime, would like an IT perspective on this as well.

I wonder if they are gone, how far back the orders were or weren't sent? Opiated- I have a 3 stage from 7/10-12th. If anyone gets from the 10th, Please post or poss. Pm me please. Hate to think:) Really suck to lose this place!

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: yeah but isn't the password restricted to sponsors anyway? why not just make that section private like the other ones? or is "brand new members" inclusive of sponsored accounts that are newly registered?
