What email address do you guys have luck getting a response from? I ordered Wednesday evening, and figured there was a chance I wouldn't see it until Monday, but I figure it's worth a shot reqeusting a tracking number.

I never did send a message, but I just checked my email and they had sent a tracking number.

Ok, latest order. It got kind of fucked, but it was partially my fault so fuck it..I back clicked on my browser on the confirmation page and got double charged. I tried to cancel them both out, but one ended up going through, but I was not double charged.(communication with these guys really is a pain in the balls) But since I thought I had cancelled it, I made another order..Long story short I received both orders, both in 3 days as usual, just a day apart. Good news is I am now stocked up for QUITE awhile and it didn't bankrupt me, bad news, I paid for shipping twice. They did throw in quite a few extras, so that kind of makes up for the two shipping charges..Plus they DID send the 50 missing cerevit from my last order, so good on them. Tried the the generic stress away and it's pretty good. If the pure chalk/fake ones are a 0 and and the classic K-cuts are a 10, I'd give them a solid 6.5 or 7. Also tried the Soma and while not old school Watsons, they are legit and not pure shit like everyone else is peddling..6 out 10 for them if used for the intended purpose, but they get an 11 if combined with the garlic or cerevit..heh Looks like I'm going to have place another order though because the Adelgadina is finally in stock FYI..So, with a couple hiccups, another successful order from these guys..

Can anyone explain to me how the green dot cards work? I got one from walmart yesterday and registered it. Got a temp one that works at stores but doesnt have my name on it. It will not work online and its pissing me off beyound belief. Do I have to wait for the one in the mail before it will work?

Ditto to all of the above. I made a big order of the reduz. Quantity was exactly what I ordered. In the future I'll make sure to only order on Monday or Tuesday so I'm not anxious all weekend waiting for my order.

Yes, you must wait until you get the personalized card. Also, be aware that Palmira IS going to charge the card more than what they say they will at the checkout, probably about 5% more. The card itself will also charge you for making an international order, it looks like that is about 2%.

I wouldn't trust them, or any other IOP, with my debit card. Go get a walmart money card and only deposit enough to fill your order.

My third order- got TN#. it has entered the country, but has now been sitting in a FedEx facility (not mine) saying "International Shipment Release" for more than 24hrs. I'm assuming customs has it, any chance of getting it now? (it hasn't been 'exceptioned'-which i thought meant seizure, so that's good, right?). eeep. im nervous now h34r:

hmm I wonder how much extra I should factor in if my original order is $39... before shipping and the extra fees I've been reading about here. Maybe an even $100 or $110 should do it I hope.
